      Credit human put am unwarranted freeze on my account with no option on a weekend to unfreeze it. They did not send any fraud or other notification to determine or communicate the reason. And they do not have any customer service available to help me. I'm now stuck with no access to funds for the rest of the weekend.

      I called Credit Human on 01/09/2023 to make a payment on my mother, *******************, auto loan. I gave then her acct #. They asked how much I would be paying? I told them I would pay ******. They did advise me of the 10 fee they would apply to that amount. Before making the payment, they asked if I was paying off the loan for her. I told them I guess. Thats when they informed me that the payoff was less than what I was going to pay. So they told me the payoff amount would be ****** plus the 10 fee which would have been a total of ****** that they would be deducting from my financial institution. So she asked how I will be paying. So I gave her my routing and account number. Then she said that it did not take the payment on their system because she adjusted the amount of the regular payment. So she asked if I had a credit card or debit card I could use instead. So I gave her my debit card number for my financial institution. She said that payment went through. I made sure I asked that the first payment she tried to run using my account and routing number had been canceled out and wasnt going to go through? She said yes it was canceled out and wouldnt go through. So on 01/10/2023 I check my online to my financial institution and surprise to me, there was two payments taken out. One was ****** and the other was ******. So I called immediately because that second payment they took out threw me into the negative. They apologized and said they would reverse it. My bank allows me one day before they charge me an overdraft fee. Well on 01/11/2023 I check my online banking again and still see no reversal. I call credit human and now they are saying they cant start a reversal back into MY bank account because they have to speak to my mother *********************** to start the research. Also, when they are done with the research they will have to deposit MY money into my mothers savings account. They are costing me money for a mistake THEY DID on their side.

      I am rejecting this response because: it is not me they are wanting to deal with.  They want to go through my mother.  Im the one who authorized ONE payment from MY bank account.  Therefore it needs to be WIRED back into MY account. I have other bills that are supposed to automatically come out tomorrow and if the funds are not back in by then, there will be substantially more fees that Credit Human will be responsible for.

      In or around September 2021, I called Credit Human and asked to delay my loan payment by a few days to coincide with my paycheck's deposit. The employee I spoke with said it was no problem, as the payment would fall well within their 10 day grace ******* and my payment would not be considered late. But she didn't tell me that this would cause the bank's system to think I'd made a payment for the following month already, and that it would in effect put my account a month behind, as if I'd missed a payment. I tried calling at that time to have them rectify the situation, and that's when they told me about the issue with their system. I asked to simply have the problem fixed, or to add the payment they say I missed to the end of my loan. I was told a supervisor would call me back; that did not happen. I have been emailing with **** ************************************* recently to try to get the bank to correct their error, because it is extremely difficult for me to call them during business hours right now, to no avail. She keeps telling me to call her, and I have repeatedly explained my difficulty to her. My account actually went to default last month, and ********* says she's "not sure how that happened," but I feel it was because of something that the bank did related to my communications with *********, because my loan payment is automatically deducted from my account monthly. I have not asked for a delay; ********* simply told me my account "is now in default." I asked ********* to investigate and let me know how or why it happened, but I have heard nothing. The bank continues to say I owe a payment when their system caused the error.

      I did a deposit of $100 on a hotel room. The hotel released the deposit back to my debit card on Oct 1. On Oct 3, I realized Credit Human was holding this as a ghost charge and deducting it from my balance. I was told that it will hold until Oct 5. Meanwhile, due to the reduced balance, things that are coming in today will NOT go through and will incur NSF fees. In fact, anything that comes in tomorrow or Wednesday will also not go through due to Credit Human, not the hotel, reducing my balance by this phantom charge.

      On August 23 two of my five accounts with Credit Human Bank were charged off due to an overdraft resulting from a rebilled dispute on my account. My account number in question is ******** share **. I found out about this charge off the same day I happened to contact them and on the very next day August 24 I went into the ****** location branch and sat down with ******, an Account Representative with the Credit Union. During that time, I requested to close out my accounts for my daughter that I was listed on which they did and I requested to close out all of my other accounts, I advised them I was filing bankruptcy as well. They blatantly refused to allow me to close those other accounts that did not have a negative balance or pending transactions as the other accounts were already charged off and with Credit Solutions. I even told them my account had been compromised and the account information was lost and they still refused closure stating an account cannot be closed until all accounts are paid in full. And I stated I'm filing bankruptcy so chances are they are not getting paid and they continued to refuse. The reason now I know they refused is to be able to intercept my direct deposit knowing those were guaranteed funds from the government. Those government funds from the VA I received monthly would be directly deposited into the account at the end of the month. On Saturday, August 24 I had a recorded call with ****, a member relationship supervisor at the call center. He reviewed my account and assured me that the funds I receive would be manually posted to my savings account on 8/30 by the *** department to my savings account that was still open (against my request) and that I could then come into the branch to withdraw those funds because they won't touch government-issued funds. Well, that didnt happen. The *** department posted my deposit manually and then immediately offset the funds to the account over drafted. **Full Complaint uploaded below**

      I recently completed a loan through you for a mobile home. I am writing you this letter as that experience has been one of the worst experiences I have had so far. Applied for the loan back in May, and was told my house had to be sold first prior to the loan being funded. My home sold on June 24. My elderly mother and myself have been living like nomads since then while Credit Human figured out what the heck they were doing. Nobody at Credit Human communicated with me where we were in the process what needed done or anything. I had to continually reach out to the closing agent and his assistant to figure out what needed done, where we were, and anything of that nature. Your process was completely foreign to me, which made this even more frustrating. I have been traveling back-and-forth from ******** ******* to ******************* ******** five days a week since this all has been going on. Thats roughly 90 miles a day. At the cost of gas right now, you can only imagine what kind of auto fuel bill I have had. Combined with that, having to help my brothers out what I can, and other various expenses due to being put out of an actual house, I honestly feel Credit Human needs to figure out how to make this right. To add insult to injury, your funding department went and sent the check to sign homes central office in ********, and not to the mobile home park in ******************* ******** where it belonged. I was supposed to have carpet installed tomorrow July 22. Unless they can trace where the money went, I will not be able to do that much less move in this weekend. Considering I have an autoimmune arthritis, and my mother is elderly, I had hoped this weekend for moving in. I had to get a local PO Box to get mail since I couldnt even get an address because Credit Human couldnt get their p*** in a group. Credit Human has cost me a lot of inconvenience, people to move me in, a c*** load of gas money, and a lot of irritation. You are lucky you

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      They finally responded.  All they did was sent a letter explaining what the delays were as I figured putting the blame on the park (seller) for the delay.  Tried to claim they notified me at every turn when I know better - I initiated contact most of the time.  We can mark the complaint as resolved.  Nothing else can be done at this time.
