I called and spoke with credit human on in March 2024 regarding paying a lump sum towards principal and to lower my payments. However, I received a letter on 12 Apr 24 stating that the payment that I made had gone to principal and interest and a large sum of interest was taken out. I called credit human on 12 Apr at 4:16 pm and spoke with a very aggressive woman who did not provide her name. First and foremost, please review the tapes from the call because this woman was horrible to work with. She also would not speak with my wife, who was standing right beside me, even after I gave authorization to speak with her and explained that I am deploying and my wife would have to handle communication with the loan. Eventually she transferred me to a different line to discuss the payment issue and I left a voicemail. That did not resolve the issue with my wife having to handle this account and she wasted 40 minutes of my time insulting my intelligence by pretending I didn't understand how principal and interest work. I need someone to fix this loan. It should have been a principal only payment and it should have decreased my monthly payment, as I discussed with the representative in March.Business Response

Dear BBB,I've been having recent issues regarding my credit card minimum payments with Credit Human bank. Credit Human bank is not accepting any of my minimum payments before January 10, ****. However, they are adding the amount to the principal, but not to the minimum amount due of $79.00 on Jan 10, ****. I have contacted customer service numerous times, and they keep explaining to me that my payment of $79.00 dollars must be paid on January 10, ****, exactly to be considered a payment. I have never heard of this practice ever from any creditor excepting payment only on the exact due date. The only thing that I am asking is for this creditor "Credit Human Mastercard Rewards" to except my payment before January 10, ****. I feel that they might be wanting me to make my payment late so they can raise my interest rate. Credit Human **************** Number is **************. On 5/10/2023 at approximately 4:16pm an employee named ******* #**** informed me that on 8/2/2022 an old checking account of mine was charged off, and on 8/30/2023 an old Q-Money loan was charged off and that my as of 8/30/2023 I was no longer an active member of Credit Human FCU with any remaining open accounts. I was under the impression that my all my affairs were severed including my savings account, which held $5 as of 05/10/2023, as I was told by *******. ******* went on to say well you kept your savings account open, you never requested the $5. The problem is that an incoming *** deposit was inadvertently sent to Credit Human closed checking account, on error by the insurance company sending the **** in the amount of $570 and Credit Human refuses to return any of the funds. Credit Human did not return the incoming *** that was sent to my closed checking account-as the law states they should have, instead they deposited the *** in a savings account I had no idea was open with their Credit Union and then they withdrew money out of the savings account without my consent or even notifying me of any transfer being made until after they took funds that should have been rightfully returned because the addressed checking account was and has been closed for months at this point. ******* told me that Credit Human will not return the $570 *** sent to my closed checking account, and that instead it would be used to be applied towards any balance I had with the credit union. I feel this practice is deceptive as I never received monthly or quarterly statements on this savings account. This is just another tactic by Credit Human to cheat its members. I have had this type of situation happen now two other times by Credit Human involving their same deceptive practices and I want my $570 refunded to me or sent back to the insurance company who sent the ***.Business Response

I currently have an account with ********************** to pay an existing auto loan. I normally pay via online banking. However when trying to login into my online account my credentials are not recognized. I called their customer service only to be advised that I have been blocked from accessing online banking due to my payment being late. However was told I could drive to a branch or mail in the payment. To me this makes no sense as to why I can't make an online payment but they will certainly accept payment at a branch or mail in. Seems kind of a shady business practice almost hoping that you completely default on your loan purposely.Business Response

I attempted a debit payment on the 25th, within the thirty day window, and after hundreds of attempts at submitting the payment via both the website and application it kept saying system error. In a last ditch effort I submitted an ACH payment, again on the 25th, only for it to say posted on the 26th. I was unable to contact a credit human representative during this stressful time because there were none available; not by call or chat. I called credit human today in hopes that they would see the system error that kept popping up on my end. However I was told it was not a credit human error and was asked why I hadnt contacted them when this problem occurred. When I told them I could not contact them because there was no one available they stated that after 7pm they have no representatives available in any capacity. I am in the process of buying a home and this error on their end couldnt have came at a worse time. And the fact that they have no record of the hundreds of system errors I generated in my pointless attempts to pay them is beyond infuriating. Had I known their inferior software wasnt tracking these errors I would have taken a screenshot every single time.Business Response

I sent the following message to Credit Human member services department per their request and to their CEO and have not received a response. The issue Im having is that they wont release funds to my brother who is a payable on death beneficiary. They asked for a ***** of attorney which I provided where my brother appoints me as his agent/attorney in fact for all matter including financial and banking. It has been more than the ***** hours they promised a response. Additionally, they state per their policy that all beneficiaries needed to be present in order to receive ANY of the funds, however they gave my other brother (the other payable on death beneficiary) half of the funds. My concern with this is that if they can make an exception to release half the funds, why cant they make an exception when I have a valid APOA for the other beneficiary. On January I made a payment via their online services. I realized payment never posted, I reached out to them multiple times with a confirmation number to finally be told they never received the payment it must be lost. Credit Human suggested I reach out to my bank and dispute the charge. I immediately went and disputed the charge, the next day or so I get a call stating the payment was found. In February I get a call credit human request 2 payments because they didnt actually receive the payment. I have spoke to many different representatives, none of which have helped me. They put me on home and hang up EVERY TIME! It is now March, Credit Human made me go back to my financial institution to cancel the dispute, which was canceled March 16, 2023 and Credit Human is still saying they have not received anything. My bank sent our letters stating the funds were already released to Credit Human, Ive received letters and all Credit Human says is Im sorry I dont see it. I have asked to be transferred to merchant services, and they refuse stating they can help. Its been 3 months, how does someone lose over 1k payment, they are threatening to reposes my vehicle, all because they made the error. On 4/5/23 I spoke to *********/********* and she requested I email her the confirmation number along with letters of my bank stating the funds had been released from BofA. I did, only to get a message back stating my email was blocked for possible spam. Im not sure what to do at this point, this was not my fault, no one seems to want to help, I get hung up on, I have spoken to MANY representatives only to get put on hold then hung up on. I cant speak to a manager nor be transferred to an department Im requesting.Business Response
