Yes i signed up for this credit union and they told me to remove the chex systems freeze so i did and they still said it was frozen which is false and i talked to the *** she was rude so i askjed for a manager they said it is frozen which is false my chex systems is not frozen they said they do not pull cvredirt so experian won't matter just chex systems i even have proof its not frozen they denied it due to that] even if its not frozenBusiness Response

I had noticed fraud on my bank account, I went into the office and the customer ********************** representative, closed my account and opened a new account, transferred my money into this new account and told me they would cover my automatic with drawls for ******************************************************** the mail and inform my automatic with drawls of my new account info. I have had the same automatic withdrawls from my account for years, the customer ********************** rep, stated my auto insurance payment would be covered, since it was due to come out automatically. But when my payment was due to be withdrawled , the bank didn't cover it and instead posted insufficient funds, even though there was money in the new account. So my insurance was canceled at which time I had a wreak and was not covered by my auto insurance because my automatic with drawl was never transfered to the new account.Business Response

I am writing to file a complaint regarding the validation of a debt on my consumer credit report. Despite multiple attempts to seek proof of validation, your company has failed to provide any evidence regarding a debt that does not belong to me. Furthermore, you have furnished this alleged debt on my consumer report and failed to validate the claim pursuant to Sec. 809(b) of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.As a consumer, I have a right to privacy and protection from inaccurate reporting on my credit report. Your company's actions have not only violated my right to privacy but also the permissible purpose of providing accurate information to consumer reporting agencies. According to 609(a)(1)(A), you are required by federal law to verify, through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract, any and all accounts that you post on a credit report.I demand that this item be removed from my credit report immediately as it is furnishing inaccurate and incorrect information to the consumer reporting agencies. The reporting of such inaccurate information has caused severe damage to my character, my reputation, my general mode of living, and my ability to obtain credit for personal and house purposes. Your inaccurate reporting has also damaged my livelihood.According to 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 - Responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies, furnishers have a duty to provide accurate information. A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.The *** clearly defines a charge off as Gross or Ordinary income, INCOME DOES NOT GET REPORTED ON THE CONSUMER REPORT which in fact makes your reporting of this account inaccurate! I purchased a third party warranty from SSFCU. Its under ******************* Ive been working with ********* in the office. She has been helpful however this afternoon I spoke with her after calling her multiple times throughout the day. She stated she was in my side and understood my concerns. In a nutshell the warranty is refusing to pay for the last par lt on my vehicle to get it completely fixed. The warranty stated at first they would cover the parts then turned around are denying they till pay for it. Im bring told by the dealership multiple times that they are going to force close the sunroof and put duct tape @ to make it secure . The dealership is also stating its my responsibility to pay for the repairs even though the warranty company said they would pay for it then denied it. This is completely unacceptable and I dont feel Im responsible for any of this . Security service is now agreeing with the dealership saying it will be my responsibility if the warranty wont decide to pay for the rest of the repairs. This is completely ridiculous and I will spread the word about the warranty company sold by security service for this point on .Business Response

I was charged an inactivity fee on 01/31/2024 as the credit union failed to close my account as requested one year ago. The inactivity fee caused my account to be overdrafted and they have now sent me to collections for $10 ruining my credit. Mortgage ln payment went up $270.00 due to mortgage ins??? Since 4/2/24 trying to resolve! Did what was advised by website & mail! Was told to ail a request to get it devided by ***** months! To lower payment!Today haven't rec'd no communication wanted another letter said didn't need signature! And no one knows what's going on! Transfered around no one can answer me; don't know other employees & got hung up on several times!Last straw was transferred to loan counselor & was hung up on when asked for name & # to be repeated!Couldn't get back to that number or any customer ********************** person again! Phones disconnected????I'm a retired senior & can't afford loan to go up $270.00!After sending more communication the loan will be due on the 1st & will incur late fees!I need to resolve this matter & help getting payment of escrow spread out so I can afford it! It is was beyond my budget!And they keep giving me the run around; I've complied online & in writing asked requested! Nothing was found & last one was sent priority mail with a tracking number! POB where correspondence was asked to be sent is not coming up????Need help on someone contacting me to resolve matter before my payment is due & I incur late fees! Don't want to mess up my credit! I applied to open a business checking account now that I am a new author and established my business to meet local and state laws. A few years ago I applied for a remote job that was from LinkedIn and they had mailed me a check to purchase the office equipment locally. I cashed the check into a personal account, and the check was eventually was flagged as fraudulent. Since SSFCU took the financial burden on that I was not able to open a business account.Business Response

I purchased a 7-month Certificate of Deposit. After the 7 months, they locked my money in another CD at an absurdly low rate and notified me 7 days later that I had one week to unwind that transaction. I contacted them and they offered to move the money to an identical product at a more reasonable rate - in other words, they are taking advantage of customers who are not vigilant. I was able to unwind that transaction in the several hours that I had before the 7-day window closed. Now I am trying to transfer my money to another account with another bank. They wont let me move all of my money, and are capping my transactions with a new daily limit for outgoing transfers for security reasons. I can circumvent their new security by paying a fee to wire myself my money. In other words, they are trying to extort a fee in order to allow me to access my own money, under the guise of security, after trying to lock down my money at a ridiculously low rate.Business Response
