      I purchased the float me subscription for $4.99 and was charged. As soon as they took my money, my account was disabled immediately. Contacted support and no one answers and they refuse to refund the charge back

      I cancelled this membership for float me over a year ago. They continued taking money out of my account. I contacted them again in march when I saw money repeatedly being taken from my account and they said my membership wasn't actually canceled but on March 17th 2025. ******* from their support specifically stated to me that my membership was canceled by them and I have emails stating it they have continued to take money from me since. I've never received a refund for the transactions and some happen twice a month for a supposed " membership" I've canceled multiple times. Support will not respond back to email. And I am not sure what to do.

      Upon checking, I can see that one of our colleagues has responded to the customer's emails. The system detected another account with the user's information that was Active. This has already been cancelled, and the last charge will be refunded as soon as it clears (ACH transaction).

      I last subscribed to float me in first week of March, immediately canceling it bc I had been receiving cash advances for a few months before March, it was in either the last 2 months of 2024 or the Dec 2024 & Jan. 2024. No more than $40 was received from them at a time. 1st was $20 then $40. I immediately canceled in March bc I wasn't offered an advance after working up to what was supposed to be $60.

      Over 3 years ago I applied at float me to get ************** only to c they started charging my card n oddly it was a different card than they have now which idk how they got it and to my surprise I canceled and did not realize that they sent me another email saying that it would continue the next month unless I continue to call and cancel again I could not find one phone number on them or address or anything email nothing and now I can't get anybody answer me then I got a robotic call and they tried to charge me $46 per month to talk to a live person I know there's lawsuits out on these people and many people got their money I had no idea about that and I am just filing all I want done is all my money to be returned to me that they have taken and for all transactions to stop the total amount that they owe me which I will send proof of it's close to 200 and even if it's only a little under $200 I feel like 200 is fair when I have called tried to and they have no way of getting in touch with them I want the BBB simple to get my money and as fast as possible I know there's lawsuits on them and I've got a receipts on all of the stuff I'm going to add in all of my pictures and all information I have on this particular case thank you so much

Every subscription fee payment failed on this account between March 2023 and December 2024. We have now refunded a total of 5 subscriptions fees that were successful, between December 2024 and April 2025. Please allow a few days for the amounts to be credited back to your linked bank account. 

      We were unable to find any other accounts under your information. If you have received other charges from FloatMe, it could mean there is another account in our database under different information. Please email ********************************** with details, including your reason for writing, your phone numbers for the past 3 years, home addresses for the past 3 years and any other names the account could be under. We're happy to investigate further.

      These crooks have charged me month after month for their premium service, but not ONCE have they offered me a dime. Can't wait to see a class action for false advertising. What a waste of time and money.

      We've also cancelled this account permanently, so the user should not receive further subscription charges.

      On 4/14/2025 I tried to use float me, It charged me $4.99 before I was approved. contacted their support email two times for a refund. Has not returned emails. All I want is my $4.99 back

      Float me is a loan app i found on ****** play store about 3 yrs ago. I signed up & they only borrowed me $20. I paid them ******** borrowed again about 3 more times & canceled my membership & uninstalled the app. But til this day they still keep deducting me $3.99 every month. I have also notified my bank to cancel the payment but Float me still manages to deduct it again the following month. I'm not sure what to do now. Please help.

      We found one account under the name ******* **** in our system. This account had an active subscription, as well as an outstanding Float in the amount of $24.00. The Float has not been paid back successfully since its original due date of June 15 2022. 

      As long as a subscription remains active, it is subject to our subscription fee. There were no cancellation requests for this account on record, either in-app or via support ticket. Please note, like other subscription-based apps, simply deleting FloatMe from your device does not cancel your membership. 

      I have now canceled your subscription and refunded the last 3 subscription fees as a courtesy. Regarding the outstanding balance, please email ********************************** to arrange payment.

      Contacted FloatMe Support on 2/24/25 to close my account and remove all information they had in ne.They have yet to acknowledge my request, despite having paid them.

      They charged me the monthly fee and then when it was time to get the loan, it didnt respond it didnt do anything. I see theres nowhere online that shows you can delete your account. Im really starting to feel like this company might a scam just to take peoples money and keep their information. If you guys are seeing this, please delete my account today or I will be seeking legal advice.

      There is no option to cancel your membership. They charged me $3.99 for a subscription that I do not use. Then, when I email them the next day asking for a refund, their respond details how my account will be closed, but says nothing about my refund for a subscription that *** never used.

      I am rejecting this response because: I still have not received an email stating that my refund is being processed. I received an email on 01/09/2025 stating that my charge of $3.99 was successfully processed. This only tells me that the business was successful in charging me. It has now been two days since the charge was successfully processed and since the business has responded to my complaint, but I have still not received an email regarding my refund. I have also responded to the agent informing them that I am asking for a refund and thats all im asking for. I still havent received a response. I am waiting on the business to refund me.
