      Lost a customer for a lousy 20 dollar float when my monthly deposits are $5,000. Makes no sense. Change your business model if you want to grow. Just my two cents.

      Unfortunately float me membership fees dont justify the $25 advance that I can only get every month with them. Its kind of absurd to think $25 can help someone get through a tough time. Its not worth it when Ive been using them and been paying back on time every month with no increase in the advance after over 6 months at least (almost a year). Unlike ****** app for example that allows me $200 advance per month with the same infor they have on me. Its a world of difference these two. And ****** app is much better too with $100 they give me. Floatme doesnt compare.

      FloatMe is 100% legit, great company to do business with, customer service is fast to respond and works very hard to make sure your experience is the best.You receive your float in lightning speed. Been doing business with them for 6 months and never one single negative issue.Highly recommended.

      I only needed a few bucks until the 13th but balance was too low? What do u think the amount should be??If it were high I would not be in this situation

      We're sorry for any inconvenience. Our system does use certain data points to minimize the risk of an overdraft fee upon repayment, or of a defaulted ********** of these requires members to have a positive bank balance when requesting a Float. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into account when making improvements to our system.

      I got an email saying my account was cancelled after my request to close it. Then I got another email with instructions on how to cancel it. Is my account cancelled or not?
