We had our pool area lifted today process compled no problems. ******* the technician on site was really knowledgeable of the work on the lift and answered all the questions we we had regarding the pool.After job was completed site was cleaned up.

******* was GREAT!!!!He felt more like a friend rather than a salesman from Baird. He was very patient, not pushy. It normally takes me a very long time to make a decision. He made me feel very confident in him, we had a contract signed in no time at all. He fulfilled every thing he said.The work crew was also GREAT!!!!!!There was ****, ****** and ****. They were very professional, always on time (if not early). I have never seen a crew work so hard and they ************** everything up before they left.If it is OK, I would like to give them a 10 and not just a 5 The only downside was Baird kinda recommended ***************** a Drain Services. If they are recommended I would definitely think twice.Baird Foundation Repair

***** and ***** did an awesome job on raising my garage concrete. Im extremely happy with Baird Foundation Repair. They were on time and kept all their commitments and I a very satisfied customer. Highly recommend if you need concrete leveling performed.Baird Foundation Repair

I did my homework before hiring Baird to do some foundation repair. I had two other companies give me estimates and. although not the cheapest, I hired Baird because of reviews and I felt their analysis was very thorough. I have been disappointed at every turn and am going to have to hire a structural engineer to be sure that the work was done correctly. They never let me know when they were going to show up. They left a large pile of dirt (from digging under the pier and beam house) on my front lawn for days in spite of multiple phone calls and texts with **** and the office staff. A week after the work was completed, I noticed some substantial new cracks in walls and none of the doors on one side of the house will close. I was told that **** would come to review. I was told that ***** would come to review. They did not. The office responds to my calls and emails with apologies but no action. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed and would NOT recommend using a company with such poor customer **********************.Baird Foundation Repair

******** and ******** were very professional, and they got to work immediately. They did a wonderful job and finished in one day. They were awesome and we would recommend them to everyone.
