Excellent service by ******** and *** from Baird Foundation . They are courteous and very professional. ******** asked me if I had any questions throughout the time repairing driveway . ***** and ***** did everything they could to please me to solve the ongoing issues with my HOA. They lifted my slabs up about 6 inches and leveled everything out. These gentlemen were kind, courteous and very hard working. I highly recommend Baird to any who is having issues with their concrete or foundation. They practice fraudulent or unfair business activities. They do not honor their signed contract. They do a bait and switch. We agreed upon price, signed a contract, paid a deposit and turned down a competitor company. Two months later, the work has not started and they insist I sign a new contract that is approximately 20% more in price.Baird Foundation Repair

Dear ****************, we appreciate your feedback, but we would like to clarify some points in your review. Our contract clearly states that a third-party engineer inspection is required before the project starts, as per local building code. Additionally, ************* city regulations necessitate filing a permit that demands an approved plan of repairs from an engineer. After the engineer evaluated your property, they determined that additional products were necessary in certain locations underneath your home to guarantee proper support for the structure. Consequently, your contract was adjusted to satisfy the engineer's specifications. We diligently follow all the local city ordinances and ensure that our customers comply with them. Regarding your concern about your project not starting, we attempted to schedule your project weeks ago, but you were not ready to start.
