      H-E-B used to be my favorite store, it would honestly be the only store I trusted myself to shop at until I got scammed out of hundreds of dollars. I have been doing curbside pickup for years since the pandemic and have realized that I have been getting an up charge on items and was never made aware. I spoke with someone Sunday June 18, 2023 when I finally realized that the items that were charged to me were not the same of what was given to me. I noticed it a few weeks before but let it slide because it was only $5 but when I did another grocery order and realized I was overcharged again I was like something is not right. The customer service agent told me that they charge a 3% up charge on each item to pay for the curbside employees. So basically the hourly wage and thousands of dollars spent on groceries isnt enough to pay them, plus the tips that they get. We should be made aware of extra charges that are going to be applied to us instead of finding out years later. People are already struggling enough and you never know someones position as to why they cant go into the store and we are being overcharged its ridiculous and unfair and Im extremely disappointed in H-E-B.

      I bought an item from H-E-B on line, ordered and paid for, I was told to pick up item, when I arrived and waited at curbside pickup, an employee came out and told me the item was out of stock. Why was I not told before I paid for it? Now I have to wait for a refund, I hope *** get.. Never will I use this service again.

      I go to HEB in ****** off ********************** in ***** once a week and go to self checkout every time but there is one chick who never lets me. Tere can cannot be as tore full of employees who let me go but one they need to get on the same page.

      Great grocery store actually. We prefer not to go anywhere else. They always have a great food and great service. We just wish there was one closer to where we live.

      I was in the store today and what a huge disappointment it is turning into. It took bout 7 months for them to finish with putting in new coolers and freezers in the back corner, now they're moving other stuff around. I found juice across from the seafood, I don't know too many people who want juice with the possibility of it tasting like seafood, some employees seemed to have an issue with stepping aside so customers could get into aisles. I was looking for mashed potatoes and found them in the same aisle as bleach and other chemicals. Protein bars in the same aisle as laundry soap. Not sure who came up with this brain child of an idea but they need to actually talk to the customers and see what works best for them. Any customer needing to use a motorized cart or in a wheelchair will not be able to get down some aisles with the disaster this store has turned into. I always hear about jow HEB cares about their customers but obviously not

      Today , around 10:30 am , a friend asked me to take home to HEB in ************ . I accompanied him inside and as I entered the store, I immediately stepped back outside to grab a cart/basket. When I rendered the store, some one I knew, struck up a conversation with me. While we was talking, the manager approached us and started falsely accusing me. He said , I thought I told you not to come back here. I was flabaghasted, embarrass, and confused. I explain to him that had mistaken me for someone else, but he was still trying to make me leave. I told him again that I was not the person whom he thought I was. I asked him to go and view the cameras . Finally he agreed. While waiting, me and the person whom I was talking to , talking for about 10 more minutes and then I went to the office . He was sitting at his desk . Didnt look to be looking at any cameras. I asked him did he though, all he said was shes on the phone. And I explained to him that it had been about a year since I went into that store . Thats when he apologized to me , but the embarrassment was just much to be mistakenly accused of God Knows what. **** is the 2nd incident with HEB. Had another in **** , but only got a formal apology for that incident. That embarrassment then was too much til my unborn child died inside of me. I intend to seek an attorney and I Intend to Sue **** place . **** incident could have landed me in jail for no reason. I am mad and ashamed .

      I went to sent me through *************** she was very rude and grundgy I ask to speak to the supervisor and he was as her same teams, covering each other, It's something I don't understand. Why would you be in a customer service if you don't be rude why would you work in this kind of store if you're gonna be rude to the customer service go find another job that allows you to be rude H-E-B (Owner)

      Lately, H-E-B has been stingy when it comes to their store coupons and honestly its ridiculous. Im a born and raised Texan and I always thought of this chain as favoring the customers. This makes the 4th time Ive had to go to the store in the past week, and every time I go one of the coupons I get has been rejected. Two of those times is because I bought the bigger size bag of chips or snack and I couldnt get the discount off that one because it was not the size listed. Thats ridiculous. Im buying a bigger bag to support my bigger family in food, but I cant get that discount? That doesnt help my family. Thats what angers me with H-E-B. This store was once known to be family friendly. I am at the point I no longer believe thats true case. I hate that the store I grow up going to as a kid in the 80s and 90s is no longer thinking about their customers and apparently their employees. ************ of the company need to learn to not be so stingy during these economize downturns and help the people who work to make their company run and the customers are a priority during the harder years of inflation. Im super disappointed.

      Id do not advise anyone to work for Favor this is slave labor pays someone three dollars an hour and then have to rely on customers for tips and then you have to sit out all day from 6 AM till 9 PM to earn a decent wage heb youre not the one.

      I am a former employee of the ******* store worst management I have ever seen for starters you have to beg for hours or be a favorite then being harassed constantly by management until I finally quit I filed multiple complaints with *************** but never received a response their slogan people matter is a lie
