      Heb management is rude, the store use to care about customers, not any more, my husband went through self check out, scanned items, put in basket, clerk made the remark to make sure to scan all items, acting like my husband was trying to steal..this is store 21, will not shop at this store again, employees needs to be retrained.

      Clerk failed to provide me all of my groceries and I didnt realize until later that evening. Was passing through from out of state and thought it could be easily resolved with a refund or even a gift card I could provide to the friends I was staying with locally. HEB refused to refund. Only option was to return to store to resolve it with the manager onsite. Contacted corporate support who indicated theyd look into and get back to me. ABSOLUTELY UNREASONABLE UNCARING SERVICE. Clearly based on other reviews, this is a trend with this company.

      Hi, 1st., Im a disabled senior ****************************** ripped me off by refusing to make good on a money order I purchased at their ************ (**** *****************)location. *** spent so much ************ trying to get them to make this right. They keep trying to pass the buck saying they cant do anything. I gave my money $622.53 HEB CASE # HS1102475 to an employee of HEB NOT an employee of western Union! Western Union sent me 3 checks but they removed the magnetic strip so the machine cant read the **************************** employees refuse to manually enter the check number. I use to love HEB because they claim to be a ***************** but (in this case)they have proven to me to be anything but ********** Their customer service representatives (*****************************)were all horrible people who refused to return my calls when they said they would. The WORST being ****** in the *********** customer service center. I am now going to ********************* **** himself in small claims court. See you in court ******* **** you fake ********** I am seeking a full refund including filing *************** because it shouldnt take 4 years to make this right.

      I went to HEB ******* and they took all the Similac infant formula off the shelf. The only option was Enfamil. I asked where did all the Similac go or when it would be restocked. They acted like they don't know. This has been an ongoing problem with this store in particular. The Managers weren't empathetic or solution oriented. I left with no formula and cant find any.

      I believe HEB is declining in customer service and also in how the ********************** treats its employees! I've heard firsthand how there is a lot of favoritism in some stores and how employees decide to quit because after issues arise,they just dont care about them ,they feel neglected, they help some,others not.Its disappointing, it use to be a good grocery store and a good place to work

      I was charged twice for an order on HEB curbside pickup. The response of the manager was to suggest filing a dispute with the bank. As if it is my mistake. It is not but it is my problem. I never understood why my mother was so cautious about using her debit card online, but now I do. Regardless of whether this is corrected, even without action on my part this is unacceptable.It was not the case that being charged twice what I ordered caused negative effects to me, at least not yet, it will if not corrected.. But having 300 removed from your account when you expected 150 could cause significant issues. I have used the HEB curbside before, and this was not an issue. This is NOT justifiable. There is no reason to charge twice the amount for a "hold" when your employees pick and deliver everything.

      I purchased a pack of ******************* from this store and when I got home I realized that they werent ***** ******** bars at all. They are selling products from companies like ******** and they are ripping people off for their money. I am very disappointed. I just wanted my ***** bars

      While working for H-E-B as a disabled vet I initially asked what documents I needed to fill in order to have proper legal protection if I had to call out because of my health. Management told me not to worry about it and that there wasnt a paper then proceeded to move on. Fast forward a few weeks I call out because of my health relating to my disability for it to be counted against me on their attendance system. So I ask management whats going on, so I spoke to admin, hr, then admin again to get a form which was incorrect for the situation. Mistakes happen so I call hr and explain to them I need a different paper and started to give the scenario of the working conditions. I stated that I was working 40 hours a week and was told I had to because were short on people. I was a manager and I understand low manpower isnt something that can be controlled always, however if my people exhibited health issues even if they werent disabled Id try to work with them. However when I asked about less hours they told me to change availability so I did. I then told them my health was deteriorating from the max ****** of hours and was told that its just the way it is and that if I had to call out for my disability related issues Id be marked and fired based off their call in system. After explaining this to hr the lady on the phone became aggressive with tone and was trying to verbally bully me into stating the scenario with different vocabulary. It was unprofessional and rude. And the fact that after speaking to hr corporate their third party company and my personal management and even their managers, to still be left without a solution and living under the same threats. I hope that others dont have to deal with this as a work experience especially those whove served and unexpectedly got injured for life.
