      I rented an apartment from this company in 2020 through 2021. I had a dispute with the *** manager ******* and her assistant manager *****. I was behind in the rent but Erap pay my rent fully before I move out. In the meantime ******* was fired for the way that she was dealing with the residents over there and ****** was upset about that. I left owing no money tall land properties because ******* had found the check and applied it to my account with the help of the person who processed my Erap application. Now upon trying to find a place to live I see that I have an amount on my credit from land properties that obviously shouldnt be there since Erap pay my rent . Even if I did owe something I had an $1800 deposit on my account from when I moved in I cannot understand why it is showing on my credit that I/O **** properties more than $2000. This is retaliation from ****** because of a prior argument that we had. Once I received the letter stating that my lease was terminated in November I moved out November 30. I would like for this amount to be removed from my credit as I do not owe **** properties any money. My rent was never more than $2000 and I love absolutely no damages to that property. This is a discrimination because ****** has a personal vendetta against me that he has passed on to the new manager that has never even met me before. Please help because this is unfair treatment and I do have the letter from Erap showing that this rent was paid in full This company is evicting people because after they purchased the property the prior owners ran off with the money from Erap this is not fair to the tenants and they should be criminal. I am asking that you please remove this amount from my credit because I do not owe you anything and if I do please find the records from Parc Place that shows that I made a $1800 deposit that was never awarded back to me please apply that amount to whatever you say I owe if I owe you anything which I do not Tganks

      Good Morning,

      Based off of the lease contract for ***************** the deposit on file was $1299 and her total monthly charges was  $1374.  Late fees are 15% of the rent so her late fee charge is $ 194.85.

      There is no record of an $ ************************* her claim.

      At the time of the initial take over on June 7, 2021  Her account was delinquent $4,380.40.  She did not make a payment in July  and failed to pay August on time.  Her account was delinquent $7,323.25. On August 27th an ERAP payment was received in the amount of $8,840.55.  This gave her a prepaid amount of $1517.30 on Sept 1, 2021.   She was unable to pay rent in October and November so her account was delinquent $3,041.40 at move out.  Her account was charged  $355 for trash out, floor buffing and heavy cleaning.  This will leave her a balance of $3,376.40. Her deposit of $1299 was applied which leaves her owing $2,077.40.

      Please make arrangements to pay this balanced owed or provide additional documentation to address the matter.

      Have put in numerous servive requests with the West ***************************** of this company for the past 8 months. Me and my wife have been living in an adverse environment because of this with our apartment reaching over 80 this summer. They will not solve the issue and refuse to pick up the phone.

      Thank you for notifying us of the situation.  Your concerns have been addressed with local management and they have informed us that unit is in working condition, however, due to the extreme heat and humidity in the area the unit will struggle to reach a desireable temperature.  This is a situation that is impacting several of our sites across the country and we are working with our staffs locally to do what they can with the available resouces.   Please note that you can assist the situation by taking addition measures yourself by covering up window with darker window coverings and reducing the amount of electronics and appliance usage to reduce temperatures internally.  We ask that you please continue to monitor the situation and notify the office again if you feel the unit is not performing.
