      Good evening, I have been residing at this complex since June 2022. The management team had already shown significant signs of being efficient with time but also lacking professionalism. I am being charged $5 for pest control that I am not receiving. *** asked several times for it to be removed since I dont need it (Im doing the pest control myself) the management is refusing to remove it. November 2022 they shut the water off for several days for several hours and refuse to compensate their residents for it.

      I moved from out of the states to one of your properties. So many red flags that my move in wasn't smooth. Wasn't aware of the amount until 2 days before move in and fly up from ************** to the area. Stay in a hotel for a night was told you couldn't move into 3 pm but wasn't told that. Second move in and have no heat or hot water also the apartment wasn't clean. Now with no furniture I seen my set of roaches. I don't feel like I'm home I'm ready to go. All this complaints have been brought to the property manager and little to no results.

      I have been a tenant of **** for 4-5 years. They recently sold their property (Topaz Villas *********************************************************** *****) to *********************** in September of 2022. I recently renewed my lease with **** in June of 2022 for another year. My lease was set to end June 2023 I have emailed & called the company in attempt to speak with someone regarding getting a copy of the lease signed. Ive yet to receive communication with the company.I would like to have a copy of the lease I agreed to and signed to share with the new property management SNS, in hopes to resolve my lease being terminated without my knowledge and being charged excessive fees.

      I moved to Twin City Apartments in 2015. I moved into Unit **** Apt D. I was there for over 4-5 years, my daughter was in 6th grade when we moved. It was just the 2 of us. After the first year, they switched management companies. Then after the 2nd year, they switched companies and then finally they switched again and that is when things started not to get fixed. I had a problem with my HVAC system and the maintenance men came with duct tape and stuck a towel under the unit, There was a leak coming from the ceiling that dripped cold water on me when I took a shower. And then there was mold and a small tree growing in my bedroom for months. Finally, people from ******* came to see this, and the next thing I knew they were magically fixing stuff. They never did fix the ceiling. I gave them notice that I was moving and they sent me a letter saying they were keeping my deposit of $700 for a blind in the living room and for a couch being left and wear and tear of the apt, Seven years later as I am trying to rent an apartment, I find out that I OWE $800. If they take my deposit why would they report I owe them money when I did not break the lease?

      **** has not managed this asset in over 2 years and does not have access to records on why the amount was sumbitted to collection or showing up on your Credit Report.  Typically unpaid balances are past along to Collections for past due rent, utilities, damages, etc.... so it could have been for one of those reasons.  The best group to address these questions to are the Collection Agenciies who would have your account.   ProColllect is the one that is mainly used for ******************* and they can be reached at **************.  They should be able to tell you the details of the charges and can work with you on payment arrangements. 

      As for appearing on your Rental History or Credit Report, without seeing the actual documentation it will be tough to address, but if you feel that these are not warranted, I suggest that dispute these charges directly with the Credit Buearu's to properly remove them from your history.  This process can take ***** days.  

      In the meantime, you can send us a payment via guaranteed funds, such as a Money Order or Cashiers check to resolve the outstanding balance immediately, made to.

      I am rejecting this response because: The company kept my security deposit and then proceeded to send a bill to the collection **** for $850 and not for the 732.00.  I found this letter from the company in an email folder in my yahoo account. I did not even click on the attachment portion until earlier this week. These two amounts are different and my rent was not $850. Unfair reporting practices.

      The amounts could have varied from the time the original document was created and final move out conditions and balanced owed at that time.  This could have included unpaid utilities or additional damages. 

       

      As stated, the community is no longer under our Management, so we recommend working with the collection company and credit agencies to dispute these chanrges if you see fit.

       

      Without a payment for the amount listed, there is not much more than can be done to resolve this matter.

      I been trying to close on a house for about 2 months now 08/22/2022, this **** company shows up on my credit report saying I have a past due balance with the company **** for $880.00 which causing me to not be able to close until i get this account current. after two weeks I finally got a hold of someone in the office she stated she don't see a past due balance for me in her records so she transferred me to young lady name **** in bookkeeping she stated she will look into it, after giving her a week to research I called back and now I can't get no one on the phone. I been calling twice a day for the past two weeks its now 10/19/2022.

      I cannot even tell you ALL the problems here. For one, the place is disgusting and filled with black mold. They gave me an inspection last year and showed them the hole in the drywall next to my tub. The wall is freaking rotten. Absolutely TOTAL BLACK MOLD JUST SEEPING OUT OF THERE. They never fixed it. So many problems here. **** owns ****************************************************. They need to be financially audited I tell you that. So I get ready to go to my doctors appointment for nine this morning. Go out to parking lot and my car isn't there, This isn't the first time my car has been stolen, vandalized etc...I then call ************************** and they told me they had nothing to do with it and to call my leasing office. I went there and asked what was going on. They told me to contact ********** in ********* ********. So I called there to ask...of course they have my car with 11 others they "collected" from the parking lot last night for NO APARTMENT STICKER!!!!!! This apartment sticker is free!!!!!!!! But no notice or anything. OH AND BTW THE MANAGER here at Timber Oaks is married to the main guy who works for *** and was also the one that collected 12 cars last night. And its 245 CASH ONLY to get the car back. And they said that the first time I called I told them to KEEP THE ******** NO I DIDNT!!!!!! I MISSED A DOCTORS APPOINTMENT AND INTERVIEW BECAUSE 0F A FREE STICKER???

      on august 15th of 2022 I moved into the lynd company property ***********************, in their lease they have a stipulation requiring that residents use a specific internet provider. they are charging me for a utiity that I neither have the hardware for or have ever used. not only have they billed me for a service I don't have, they are using a practice that is banned by the **** and are refusing to let tenants use other internet service providers.

      I apologize for my delay in responding as I have been traveling all week. I have spoken several individuals at Astound our service provider, including our attorney. We are not in violation of any FCC guideline, and this includes the most recent changes within the last 8 months. Multiple properties throughout ***** participate in a program similar to ours and all are in compliance with FCC regulations. I have informed ************ if she will send me the exact paragraph she is referring to or believe we are violating I will send to our attorney for review.   
      Furthermore, she may contact any provider of her choice to obtain internet service, as we are not denying her this option.  I have attached her lease agreement signed between *********************** and ************ on 8/15/22 informing her there would be a monthly internet charge of ***** for your records,

      i want to file a complaint agaisnt the manager at ************ here in ************, ** located at ***************************************. her name is *************************** and she is very rude and disrespectful. she called me the night of august 29, 2022 at 7:54pm stating that she would be proceeding forward with an eviction for August 2022 rent being due. I stated to her that i had not received any type of notice via letter to my door, via email.. nothing. so how can you proceed forward with eviction without me receiving any notice? ****************** stated that she would email the notice the morning of august 30, 2022, which she never did. she stated that a copy of the notice was at the office, which i was confused as to why it never reached my door. she never emailed me anything. on august 30, 2022 i seen ****************** on the property riding around in a golf cart to which i approached her asking her about the notice. ************************* told me she wouldnt stop to help me with anything. very snappy with me and disrespectful. she rode away on the golf cart in the midst of me speaking. on august 31, 2022 i went to the office to receive the notice that i still have yet to recieve. ******************, again. ****** told me that she wouldnt be helping me with anything or even speaking to me. as a manager, this behavior is very unacceptable and as a tenant i dont appreciate it at all. she wouldnt give me her name at all, i had to go to my rent portal to find her name. very disrespectful and this whole company and property is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. *** been staying here for almost 2 years now and never had any issue with ****************, the previous manager.Not only am I dealing with that, but my apartment roof has began to cave in (have pictures). I have complained and submitted tickets for months (beginning May 2022) about various things being wrong in my apartment. The ** being one of the major ones.       Paid $1551 to rent when they only show payments non matching to what Ive been charged to live without working disposal bathtub dishwasher and flooded unit every time it rains and told me I can get sand bags to put outside my window as a fix leaking air A/C unit due to a clog that was never fixed. They lose documents charge over rent and claim its utilities that never were applied payment. For 6 months the Manager is rude and cuts you off and argues when they will do something about it but *** paid to live here for already half my lease and still left with no resolve on the tub or the mitigation from constant flooding
