      Horrible treatment by Visionworks employees after they lost my glasses with designer frames:Several months ago, I took my glasses prescription and *** **** designer frames to Visionworks at ****************, ***********, **; waited for a call back to notify me that my glasses were ready but got none.I went to the store and waited patiently until it was my turn only to be told very dismissively and rudely that my frames were lost ??. No apologies were offered. I asked for a refund; was told it's against Visionworks policy and I should pick a frame from the store (no frame was of comparable value there) to have my glasses remade. My money is gone and insurance used up without offering me what I paid for. I need my refund and insurance back so I can go get my prescription filled at a better and different store to help stop my frequent headaches.

      They guarantee a refund but have yet to refund EyeMed for glasses returned. They deliberately mislead you regarding being in network with ******. I trusted them instead of doing my homework. Do not trust this Company. They are not ethical in their dealings. Very sorry to have gone there. BJ

      5 times they sent my glasses to the lab over a period of 2 months, AND NEVER GOT IT RIGHT!!! Wasted so much time, they sent me back to my Optometrist to put the blame on him. Absolutely incompetent company, and the manager just did not care to correct the problem. After 5 times they refunded me only $85 back and kept the other $400. How is this possible???? I am so disgusted that I will do everything possible to let the world know and I WILL TAKE ACTION TO HOLD THEM RESPONSIBLE!!!!!

      I visited Vision works in the ********** in *******,**. My entire visited started out as a nightmare. I feel they might have overcharged me to begin with but I still paid outta pocket and they also billed my insurance. I didn't have to have an eye exam but my bill was still close to $300 even with my insurance. Skip to today,yesterday my glasses came apart,no the s**** didn't come out,they literally came apart as tho they were glued together. The first question the *** asked was did I have insurance on them I told her I knew nothing about that but aren't your frames covered from defects...for up to a year or so she no but you can purchase a new pair without even looking at them!!!!! I already had a horrible experience with them because I went to and paid for my glasses at one location and they kept sending them to an entirely different store in some God awful suburb!!!! Then I went out there to pick them up they ended up closing early and when I went again they said they sent them to the store I actually ordered them from and paid at!!!! They couldn't get the width of them correct even when I kept telling them.they were too wide no one called me to let me know they were in and when I called they were at an entirely different location again for another pair I took a chance on ordering. My thing is if you gave me terrible customer service from day one,no one apologized bur kept saying wow I wonder how that came to be even when I told them I never ordered glasses thru THAT location and paid at another location,they STILL KEPT SENDING THEM THEIR....now that I have an issue no one can help but want me to purchase another pair when your product was defective? All while your employee never even looked at my glasses ,was eating and smacking and telling me I can purchase another pair.I'm sure this will fall on deaf ears and I'm usually that customer that never complaints,you might never even miss my coins,but I will never shop here again due to their faulty products.

      I am appalled by the lack of customer service at **********************. I ordered glasses for my child, who is essentially blind without them, yet received no updates or urgency from the staff. Despite multiple follow-upscalls, store visits, and promised callbacksthere was no follow-through.When I did get assistance, the staff was unprofessional and indifferent. One rep refused to get up from her seat, and others ignored us entirely. They relied on outdated sticky notes to track orders, leading to confusion and delays. Staff were glued to their phones, failed to introduce themselves, and expected me to remember who I had spoken with.Their attitude was dismissive, as if I were receiving a free service instead of paying for it. After requesting a refund, I was promised a managers callbackstill nothing. The incompetence and disregard for customers are unacceptable. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid Visionworks.

      The whole of visionworks just *****. They don't give their general managers breaks, they make you work 50 hours a week with no extra pay. The stores all have such high turn over rate that they just cycle through people like cattle. *** the supervisor of *********** shouldn't be there. She's abrasive and rude. The district manager doesn't care about the people who work there or the stores. The entire company should close.

      I was examined at the ************************************** location approximately a year and a half ago and given a script for eyeglasses. Unfortunately, I lost my glasses and went in to refill as I had my own frames. I spoke to Front Desk, who told me that I would need to have a new exam as it has been more than one year. Explained to them that the classes were lost and that there was otherwise no change in my symptoms. She told me that this is store policy and gave me the name of the manager in the ****************** Tuesday ********. I went back the next week and spoke to Miss ********, who said that they reached out to the optometrist ******, who said that they cannot refill the prescription without an examination. I told them that I had reviewed the ********************* (************************************************************) states that new examination is not required for approximately three years unless there has been changes in vision which there has not. Rather than waste more time, I decided that I need glasses, and I can be re-examine. Unfortunately, this was a waste of time and money, but I had to get it ******* main complaint is that they are creating a policy of not allowing their patients to get new classes unless theres a new exam. This is definitely a money-grabbing experience. There is nothing scientific to substantiate this. The doctor did not even know how to change the electronic medical records to have the script last for two years and needed the administrative assistance ********** is a consumer alert that the script should be defaulted to at least two years. They are needlessly holding their patients hostage from getting new glasses. This results in the patients losing time and money, and the company Visionworks, which was started by Dr. ******* to bill needlessly and unscrupulously

      Terrible customer service at ********/********* location. The tech at the front desk was rude upon our arrival because we were 5 minutes late. During the tests she made rude and discriminating remarks about my mother not speaking English. The Doctor was as rude as she was and unprofessional. When we were checking out with the same tech, she made more unpleasant remarks about taking cash versus using a card. We will not be returning to this place.

      While I love vision works, I forgot what it used to be called. They change the name but whatever same thing but yesterday I went there and it closed at five but on your website it says seven and there was a woman that traveled an hour and a half to get there just for them to say closed.,,, and she was upset you got to change your time on the website please it would help out a lot. Other than that, Im very very satisfied.!!!!!
