      They are horrible. I tried to get their insurance hold releases when I cancelled my appointment and when I called kept getting transferred to their "after hours" call center (during active hours) and they hung up on me...three times...and online chat was useless...and no way to email.

      This place and people are complete garbage. You can't get ahold of anyone on the phone and customer services lies and/or hangs up on you. It's a shame you have to leave one star.

      I went in for a routine eye exam and needed glasses for an astigmatism. This visit (approx 5 yrs ago) seemed to go well, the Dr. was fine but the support staff was absolutely atrocious. The female front desk staff had ZERO customer service skills and the most unfriendly staff Ive ever encountered especially for a medical office. The female staff are the same staff to date with some additions in support staff. I pick out my glasses (2 pair) and pay close to $1000 for them to include progressive lenses. I get a call a few weeks later that theyre ready so I pick them up. I try them on in office and I immediately cant see anything. The female staff simply say well theyre progressives it takes a bit getting used too. Ok, I thought, let me give them a try. Well fast forward a couple years in and Im STILL not used to them. Im dizzy, migraines that I never had before, nauseous etc. I decided to give up on the glasses and just used a very old pair from 10 years prior and seemed to see better with those. Fast forward about another year and I return to vision works. This new Dr is there who is fabulous (*****************) and the same rude staff as always. (At this point Ive had family and friends go to other places citing the same issues as I have in service.) I tell this new Dr that the old prescription I purchased there was not good and I never could see with them and never got used to them as the staff continued to brush off my concerns over the period of approximately 2 years. The Dr said ok lets start from the beginning and do a comprehensive exam. I told her I had astigmatism and she confirmed that. When we went into the room for vision tests I pulled out the glasses I purchased there and she put them under her machine to see the strength and realized its a completely WRONG prescription. This has happened two more times since with my contacts.. The support staff took my contacts in her BARE hand and touched her OWN eye then touched my contacts. This place is awful.

      Ordered a pair of glasses two weeks ago, was told they would be ready by today. Called today and was told by their automated phone system that there was no record of my order. Called back and asked to speak to a person, who said he would check on order status and a few minutes later was disconnected. Called back again, got another person, got disconnected again called back one more time and was told the glasses had been scratched and it would be another week before they were ready. Given the ridiculous prices they were charging (3 times as much as I had paid for a similar pair previously), I told them to cancel the order and I would go elsewhere. At which point they said it would take a month to refund the vision benefits and my payment. Dont go to this place.
