      I was very disappointed in Visionworks *********. The eye doctor insisted that a glaucoma test and optic nerve pictures be performed if I wanted to receive my prescription. I had just had these tests performed by a specialist three weeks earlier. I definitely will not be back.

      The company has terrible customer customer. I ordered my glasses June ******* and canceled my order August 29, 2022. Had to call my credit card company to put a little fire under them to get my money back.

      I went to Visionworks on ********** in ***********, ** this was my first time ever getting glasses. I called to see if they were in and they were no one ever called to let me know. When I went to pick up my glasses the employee ****** clean the lens and handed me my glasses and walk away to assist another customer. I got up and the floor looked like it was moving I was afraid to walk. I told the same employee that the floor looked like it was moving and she asked me was this the first time I ever work Bifocal lens and I told her yes. She replied don't wear your glasses out the store and do not drive with them go watch u-tube to she how to wear your glasses. Me not knowing ad better I went to watch u-tube and two hours later I called back and told ****** that I still cannot walk in these glasses. Now this was on a Friday. She told me oh we are short handed come back tomorrow your glasses may need to be adjusted. So I called the **************** and filed a complaint and I was told that they will send it to the District Manager and someone would give you a call. this was on Friday 9/23/22 as of this day I have not gotten a call concerning this issue. So I called my insurance carrier and I was told that I can return my glasses and get another eye exam and new glasses from somewhere else. So I did just that. I went back to and did the return. I paid with a debit card which came out my account the very same day I went in to order my glasses 9/15/22. ****** was so ugly when I returned my glasses she did not give me a cash refund she put it back on my debit card and said oh you have to wait 7 days to receive your money which I think was very ugly of her. Telling me to watch u-tube, Telling to they are short with staff come back the next day and not give me my cash refund was unacceptable and should not have been done. And to top it off no one from the district office ever called me about this issue. I will Never go back to Vision works on Bluebonnet in ***********, **

      Scheduled appointment ran late - took 3 hours for an exam and purchase of frames and lenses! The glasses were suppose to be ready on September 5 - I still don't have the glasses and they still cannot give me an estimated date for pickup. I would ask for my money back, but not sure I would ever receive the refund.Please stay as far away from this place as possible!

      6 weeks of back forth visits to end up with glasses that I cannot properly see out of. I gave up and returned the glasses ********************************* of a refund, and it would be with 30 days. I still have not received the funds and I have been told it will Be another 30 days Very Dissatisfied. I would prefer glasses that worked. I had such a good experience 3 years ago.

      Ordered glasses. Store ordered them. 2 weeks later I Had to call them to find out they didn't have that particular frame anymore only to discover they had ordered the wrong color. Wait. Another 2 weeks later, wrong lenses. Lied to at store saying they were the correct lenses. Got them checked somewhere else, they weren't correct. Called customer service. Got a regional Manager involved. Nice young lady calls from a city with the same name city but **** miles way... a week later another regional manager gets involved. "Going to get this taken care of immediately!" 6 weeks later the regional manager calls, "They don't make those frames anymore. " Ok, I am canceling the order. I want my money back and VSP charges reversed! 9 weeks now. Nothing. Still no refund. Charges to VSP reversed? Nope. Never again.We count on members like you to help customers make well-informed

      Don't waste your time here. Phones are useless AI, no real people can be bothered to pick up and they close the store without any notice for "training" without even so much as a sign on the door. How ridiculous! I won't ever be returning to this place for any business of mine.

      Scheduled for family, back to back appointments on a Saturday. Get reminder text all week and Saturday morning. 1 hour before appointment husband got a call that said that they dont have a doctor today. I try to call about my appt and cannot get a human to verify if i still have an appt. Automated system ties up 25 minutes and while Im on hold, human calls to cancel. Try to reschedule and they want to do telehealth appointment for all of us. Tell them we prefer in-person. Nothing available for weeks. Schedule another back to back spots at a location across town. They call morning of to tell us insurance wont pay for glasses for husband and I (until August) will for daughter. I keep my exam appt and daughters appt. We show up and the front desk girls look asleep and like we are bothering them. Drudgingly do our exams and daughter needs glasses for the first time. Left to our own devices to pick glasses for a tween whom never had glasses before. No idea what Im doing or what insurance pays for, or what our options are. Throughly confused. My exam was a contact exam. Im not given contacts. Doctor comes out and gives me a pair and says I dont need to look at them for fit bc they are same ones. I make comment about employees sleeping and he chuckles. I wish my insurance plan had other options for providers bc Im really not pleased with any aspect of the care received there. I might get better service at ******** Still waiting for daughters glasses to come in. Im sure we wont be pleased.

      This outlet is terrible at customer service. I had an appointment for exam and contact prescription. They gave me a pair to try before ordering, the power and add were way off. I returned the trial and explained what was wrong. The person I spoke to said they would give the info to the Doctor. It has been over a week. Calling the location today and have been on hold for nearly half an hour.

      I had a routine eye exam recently. The Doctor said that one eye had gotten weaker, so the prescription for that eye would have to be strengthened. Visionworks ordered my new contacts, but when I received them - the prescription was weaker. I could not use these contacts. When I called Visionworks, they told me the prescription was correct. I asked them to check with the doctor, but they told me they couldn't do that. They told me to schedule another appointment. I scheduled another appointment, with a different company, and got the correct prescription.
