  We are pleased to report that our first trip with Global Concepts went smoothly. The clientele service team worked diligently plan our trip and on a tight timeframe to boot. While we were skeptical at first, we were ultimately impressed with the level of care and attention to detail provided by Global Concepts.   ****** went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. Her assistance was invaluable and save us a lot of ************ when unexpected problems arose during our vacation. This was our first trip with Global Concepts and are very pleased with the handling of it. Will definitely utilize theyre services again.

  A few months ago, I received an offer for free airline tickets and a meal, so I decided to take it. I was already a member of a timeshare agency so I had no intentions of buying anything. Although I am usually a hard sell, my wife and I attended a presentation where they talked about saving money and receiving free or discounted trips for ourselves, our children, and grandchildren.While we were impressed with the presentation, we were skeptical at first. When we returned home, I carefully reviewed my contract with Global Concepts and discovered that we were already connected to many the same resorts for a much higher cost with the timeshare agency. I called Global Concepts and was informed that we had access to almost any resort in the world, making it a much better option than a timeshare. I would strongly recommend choosing Global Concepts over timeshares or other travel agencies.

She went beyond our expectations in making our travel arrangements, even helping us with passport issues and answering our questions.   I've had the pleasure of working with Global Concepts ************* for almost two years, and I'm pleased with the experience. From start to finish, their team of knowledgeable and friendly professionals makes the entire process of booking my trips seamless and stress-free.I usually text my travel needs to ******, the agent that sold me the plan. Immediately afterwards, ****** calls me for more details. Within an hour, ****** sends me an email with options for my flight, car rental, hotel, resort, etc. I let her know which option I want to book, and she handles the rest. It really is that simple. ****** responds quickly to emails and calls and follows up to make sure everything runs smoothly.So far, my travel has occurred without a hitch thanks to the careful planning and coordination of the Global Concepts team. My travel is one less thing I have to worry about planning.I highly recommend Global Concepts ************* for anyone looking to plan a memorable and stress-free vacation or business trip.

  Joining Global Concepts is one of the worst decisions we hace ever made. They use the same search engines I am able resource, their free Airlines tickets are just a PR stunt.   I have used Global Concepts to book some day tours for a trip I had previously arranged myself, as well as to make hotel and airline reservations for an upcoming trip. Throughout these interactions, I've spoken with three different reservation specialists, all of whom have been patient and pleasant in answering my many questions. The representative I am currently working with, *********************, is particularly delightful. She is energetic, enthusiastic, and always goes above and beyond to address my concerns in a timely manner. I appreciate the level of customer service provided by ****** and the rest of the team at Global Concepts, and feel comfortable contacting her for help with my travel arrangements.
