The professionalism of all the techs that have been to our home, either for installation or semi-annual service, is second to none. 5 starsI was very impressed with Berkeys. I had a couple of issues and ***** looked at them, solved a couple and then he decided on how to handle the major problem. 1 starMost recent experience is still ongoing. Long story short, none of 3 employees discussed they would NOT restore my drywall after work performed. My ceiling and walls still have huge holes Worst part, I called BERKEYS twice and they could not even refer to someone who could restore my walls. I spoke to manager ***** twice and he assured me we will take care of you. Over a week later now and no call, no text and no path forward.This ends a two month saga of BERKEYS s**** *** on multiple projects, including flooding my ***tairs and setting water heater to scalding. Over $10k outta my pocket (not counting what its going to cost for me to fix my walls).Worst part are the failed commitments to take care of me and call me back. They could t even get the billing right for me to pay them and they have not called me to fix that either.Review fromCheryl H
