      ***** did a great job fixing our AC, what a very courtesy, kind and professional young man. Thank you to him and to ******** for a job well done.

      I called ****** to get my ac drain unclogged. They sent a person out next day. He evaluated and said he was an electrician and we needed a plumber. We couldn't use the ac though it was 95 degrees outside. I called back and they sent another person. He stated couldn't resolve the issue aswell. They wanted $4000 to dig up the water line. During this the temp was in the 90's. I was charged $1075 to look and only fix the water heater drain incase of leakage. This was not what I called about. Mean while I called another company and the came out cleared the ac drain and clogg. ****** doesn't stand by they're customers. The person they sent out charged and didn't resolve. Now my floors are having to be dried and redone.

      We had an evening plumbing emergency so we were calling any plumber we could find. Berkeys was by far the most responsive and helpful. The guy they dispatched (*******) was so nice and efficient. He even showed us tips on better ways to shut off the water in case it happens again which he didnt have to do. He went way above and beyond. Well absolutely use them every time we need a plumber.

      This company is very professional. They were on time. They understood what I needed to have done and they did it without question. The work was exceptional. The Plumber that was sent was very sweet and very polite. I would recommend this company to anyone.

      A High-Value Berkeys Team! Arrived on time. Knowledgeable in all areas of installing a new a/c-heat system. Answered all our questions. Taught us how to work new thermostat and pick-up after themselves. Highly Recommend Berkeys Team!

      So pleased with the customer service and professional that ******************** employees perform. Everyone I have encountered has been very helpful and service oriented. Plus, when the city came out to check a previous project he told me you never have to worry about Berkeys as they always do an excellent job.
