      Professional, and knowledgable. I called to get two hot water tanks replaced, provided us with a great price and warranty. Job was completed the next day. Would definitely recommend.

      I had a good experience with ******. He was knowledgeable and courteous. The task was to fix a leak in the garage from numerous copper pipes. ****** briefed me with the solution. ****** resolved the leak as quick as he can. But he lost an hr before starting since he did not have all the parts in hand. However the clean up was not done. In fact I have observed this in all my plumbing calls with Berkeys. The technicians are in a rush close the *************** thing I want to mention is about the $75 mentioned on the web site. I forgot about this during the payment. ****** did not add this discount either. Normally the company technicians mention such promotions before payment. So I called and requested for a refund. Hopefully I will see the refund soon.I will definitely recommend this company if you can afford the price.

      I had water in my back bedroom it was coming from A/C unit. ******* ****** came out and cleaned and cleared up what he could. No water,but no A/C.He set me an appointment for as soon as I could be available. Company contacted me earlier in the day to assure me a technician would be out. A/C technician,**** ******* came out checked unit, A/C back on. Great customer service from both company and technicians

      My first experience with ******** was a rewarding one. My A/C failed on the first truly hot day of this year and my house felt like a sauna. I called ******** and was advised that someone would come to take care of the problem. **** kept in touch with me continuously and kept me advised of his schedule and when he would get to my home. He determined the cause of the A/C failure and repaired it expeditiously. I was extremely pleased with ******** service and with the friendly, courteous gentleman, ****, who made the repairs. I'm keeping their contact information for future use. I highly recommend ********.
