      My first experience using ******** could not have been better this morning! Their HVAC tech ******** **** was courteous, knowledgeable, polite, and very patient in explaining my options to me.       I used Berkeys to replace my full HVAC system about 3 years ago. It was not cheap but they determined how to properly set up my system, add returns, a larger duct feeding a part of my house which gets much cooler now and I am so pleased. I got a lifetime warranty and they've come out and replaced a damper motor that quit working and it was super easy. Their techs are very knowledgeable and professional and are very timely. I would definitely recommend Berkeys for any HVAC work on your home.

      This was the best customer service I have ever recd. ***** was the gentleman who arrived to check AC. I had a few questions and he was all over it. He went above and beyond to fix/correct several issues I was having beyond just checking outside where the main AC unit was. Up in the attic, corrected an issue up there discovered another problem and fixed pipe that was clogging. Wow! Thank you so much ***** you were a blessing Berkeys thank you

      On time, professional and answered all my questions. Also, was respectful of my home. He removed his shoes before coming in. I really appreciated that. Not everyone thinks about that. Cleaned up the work area and left no mess. Will definitely use them again.
