      They called and advise they would be here within 30 mins and they were!!****** the technician was polite and very informative and made a few recommendations.

      ***** is a very knowledgeable and considerate electrician. He listens to the customer, and really tries to find the source of the outage, and restore it in the most efficient way.He is extremely polite, and trustworthy.

      Was very nice, polite and was quick in finding out what was the issue with my furnace. Very experience. When out of his way to obtain the part, came back, installed and fixed the issue. Will definitely ask for him in next service.
