      I am owed money by freedom plasma in ******* **. this past Saturday I went in and was told if I donated I would get ***** because the Saturday before this past they failed to notify me that they were closing I was sent an appointment reminder 1 hour before at 11:15am drove over 50 miles to find them closed so I was guaranteed the ***** also this past Saturday ******** a management member assured me that I would get paid only to receive 40$ Im owed ***** they at this point have lost me as a future donor also the friend that I had referred recently so 2 donors lost today 11-7-23. There is too much irresponsibility going on in this facility and corporate needs to intervene in such matter.

      I signed up as a plasma donor. The promotion was for $920.00 total. 100 first time of week and 130 for second time of week. Half way through the agreement. Freedom plasma changed the terms of the agreement to only pay out $100. This is clearly a bait and switch. Im looking for some type of specific performance regards if this.

      Hello I am a new customer over at your ********* **** location, ******************************************************************. I came in as a new donor,on new donors fees about 2 weeks ago now. When I came over to freedom plasma from my plasma center I had been a long time customer at, I came because of the new donors promotion. As I was on my final new donors promotion pay $125, there was a change in promotion and instead of me being locked in to my current promotion, which got me in as a customer I was pushed into the new promotion they started this week. This shouldn't be the case because if I had to I wouldn't have came over for the current promotion. I would like to be paid my $75 that was left out of my new donors fee's. The customer service in that building is terrible i hate to say that but no one had any information and they have bad attitudes when you as a customer is just confused and seeking information. I couldn't find a number anywhere online for you guys HR department. If you can give me a call back at ********** that would be a big help thanks. ????

      When I started donating blood plasma at this location there was a set price on the donations , the values tiered up on donations 1-8 and then after that it would be based weekly by either 1 or 2 donations per week. As I began to climb before hitting my top tiers they stopped paying the premium that was previously advertised. I feel as though this was a bait and switch type scenario. If the payments were to adjust I feel as though any new donors should go with the new pricing but if youve already been donating you should be able to finish the tier that was started.
