1 starSent my phone in to be repaired just to get it back not repaired. Called customer service the same day i received my phone, they confirmed my account so they could send a shipping label, sent my phone BACK in a 2nd time just for them to put in a claim for a phone i haven't had in years. Now i have wait 24 to 48 hours to see what corporate says. Why do i have to wait for my phone because you didnt fix my phone now i have to wait even longer. Horrible buisness!! ******** customer service!!! I will be canceling my insurance with them. I'd rather just buy a brand new phone than deal with this again. Lucky they got one star, they wouldn't get that if i could give them zero.Review fromGerda K

1 starI have had active device insurance through ************ since April 4, 2025. Despite this, Likewize continues to deny my valid claim to replace my Moto G 5G 2024, falsely claiming I dont have coverage. My ************ account clearly shows that my insurance is active and has never lapsed.Their representatives have repeatedly lied to both me and my son, **** *******, who added me to his account due to my medical situation. Ive undergone multiple spinal surgeries and have four more ahead, and I depend on my phone to communicate with healthcare providers and family. Ive provided proof of insurance and still received no help or **************, while traveling with my elderly mother for a family funeral, I am left without a working phone because Likewize refuses to honor the agreement. This company has shown zero compassion and even less professionalism. I will be filing complaints with the ***************************** and other agencies as well.Stay far away from this company. 1 starVery nice, but they sent me a 128 gb replacement phone, being that my phone was 256, I spoke to ask and they told me that that was the capacity they had in the information of my cell phone company, but I don't understand why two years ago they sent me a replacement with the capacity it was (256 gb) and now they say it's not the right one, I told them that I lost the phone and they insist that I return the old phone, as if I DON'T HAVE IT, I just hope they don't charge me a surcharge for not returning itReview fromAlyssa R
