      I filed a claim with Likewize and they said they couldn't replace my phone. Instead, they sent me a "voucher" with very limited usage. I sent several emails to tell them I was unable to use the voucher and asked if there was another option available. I was ignored, and the voucher expired. I had to file another claim, several months later, to get a replacement phone. They sent me a broken phone. And then, because they have a limit of two claims (even though I only used one), they cancelled my coverage.Just don't. For what I paid in premiums and deductibles, I could have bought two brand-new phones. Instead, I'm stuck with a refurbished phone that doesn't even work right.

      I submitted a claim almost two weeks ago. Soon after, I received a notification that the claim was rejected because I had already submitted two claims over the last 12 months, which is not true. I called, and the person who helped me agreed that there were no two claims and that something was going on. They told me they would escalate the problem and should receive a resolution soon. One week later, I received an email from Likewize telling me that my claim was approved and that I would be able to go ahead and submit my claim. Then I went to submit the claim and received the same message again: My claim was rejected because of 2 claims in less than 12 months. I called again, and the person who helped me told me they were going to escalate the issue and I should be getting a solution the following morning. The next day, I called in the morning as I was instructed to, and the person who helped me told me EXACTLY the same thing, that the problem needed to be escalated to corporate offices and that she would transfer me. She puts me on hold to transfer me, and I Wait for 30 min on the line until my call gets dropped!!.I called again, and the same story to the next person that helped me, and they also transferred me to corporate. This time, I left a callback number when the answering machine told me there was a **************************************** roughly that time. I waited more than 3 hours and never received a callback. Then, I called again; this third person (quite rude) kept insisting that they needed to transfer me to corporate and that there was no other way, I repeatedly refused to be transferred because of my previous two experiences, and I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. After a 20 min wait, I get helped by a supervisor who helps me and calls corporate directly until my problem gets solved. I lost a whole day on my job, just being in multiple calls and holds with Likewize, as well as more than ten days of waiting for my device to be f

      I put in a claim and was told that I would have my new device in 5 to 7 business days. However 2 weeks went by and Still no new device. The next week I received the email with With a coupon to shop for a device bias. I can only use this coupon at local pool's mobile Store. My problem is that the local ************ stores do not carry my Model phone. So. So I'm forced to downgrade my phone or search around from location to location to try to find my device or a device that's compatible tcompatible to my device. I pay A lot of money throughout the years to protect my phone just to have an issue with my phone to make a claim with the insurance company and get such a run around and still today I don't have a new device . My original claim date was August the 28th and today is and today is September the 15th it's teams. I pay every month On time for insurance to cover my device period, And when I need the most I cannot get any help or my device and I am very disappointed . I would love to speak to someone incorporate because this is ridiculous!

      This is the most unprofessional business I have ever experienced. I paid $200 for a replacement phone almost two months ago and they have not sent me anything. They don't EVER answer the phone and there is literally no way to access them. When I called, the voiceover said I have not made a payment, so I am pretty sure they just stole my money. Also, it says in **** days I will have my phone and it has been way longer than that, so I will b e looking into pressing charges for this scam of a company.

      Very tight conditions and low accountability for a service that should feel comfortable and reliable. **************** was not helpful or forgiving.

      After filing my claim and paying my deductible, they sent me a "voucher" that could only be used at a few specific locations. When I contacted them to let them know I was not able to use it, and asked for another option, they ignored me. That voucher is now expired, I never got to use it, and they still got my money.You're better off just sticking a $10 under your mattress every pay day, and using that when your phone breaks. At least you'll get something.

      I filled a claim recently for my ******* Z-flip and just as many customers indicated you are given a voucher and told to go to the nearest ************ Store which of course does not care high end phones. I went to 4 Boost stores and called every store in ************, ** and none of them have a Samsun Z-flip and indicated they do not carry this type of phone in floor stock. I called Likewize and was basically told you have to get whatever they have then. I paid a $188.18 deductible based on my phone, received a $1,128.74 voucher which basically they really only sent me ****** after I paid my deductible which is not enough to get my phone because I have 256g. I even requested to get the lesser g phone off the Boost Web site for $599 and they would not even help with that. Also, the stores would not help order the phone for me. Therefore, I basically had no choice but to get a phone that I did not want. There was only two stores in ************ that carried an I-phone 12 or higher. So basically you just get screwed with this company if you have a high end phone which is what most people have when they put insurance on it. I did file a complaint with BBB and of course I still didn't get a resolution to my satisfaction. Then they had the nerve to tell me they are going to charge me $200 for not sending my phone back that they didn't replace. Well, I want be paying that because I will file a complaint with my credit card company as I feel they breached the contract. This company is just collecting premiums and not holding up their end of the agreement when it comes to replacing the phones the they are suppose to insure. I gave me son the phone that I received from the voucher as I am a ******* user and I had my ******* repaired myself on my own. But, I was told by Likewize that the phone is in shortage. How, when ***** has them on the website and ******* has plenty. This company is useless and taking the money and apparently no one is doing anything about it.

      Absolutely terrible company I can't believe I have been paying for "protection" for the last 3 years. Only to waste more than 12 hours on the phone and get 3 devices to me. 1 was defective the second functions but is LOCKED. And they refuse to take responsibility for it. Corporate called and doesn't know how to place proper notes on record asking for just a credit card to have the 3rd sent out to me. I have also been back and forth with Fido. I am beyond disbelief for the lack of customer care. Just has poor people sitting there probably getting yelled at all day and then the managers are just there to listen because they have no authority. You can't make this up the amount of time this has taken. My rating is 0 for customer care. 1 for hold music.

      Ordered a replacement phone two weeks ago they told me it would arrive in 5 business days here it is two weeks in and still no phone no answer no reply no nothing. I think i've been scamed out my 175. My screen is blacked out on my phone and they dont care one bit.
