      I had the best experience with the installation of my roof by Stonewater Roofing. They were punctual, professional and did a great job including the removal of all debris, nails etc. The communication with Stonewater roofing and all associates was professional, with ease. All my concerns and questions were addressed in detail and no matter what time of day during the entire process from the beginning on. ***** has provided great service and gave me all the advice and help needed in my decision making with this roof install as was everyone else. The team arrived early on installation day, worked hard all day and achieved a great roof install. Thanks from a happy customer.Thanks ***** for such dedication to the customer and to get the work done with best result.

      The crew that replaced my roof had an amazing work ethic. The temperature that day was 104. They arrived at about 8am, unloaded their equipment and started on the roof no later than 8:30am. The only break they took was at noon to quickly eat and rest for a short time. They returned to work and continued working until 9:45pm without another break. They cleared all debris and trash from every area of my yard. They returned very early the next morning to use a magnet to collect all nails from my yard. My roof is beautiful and my property undamaged. I've never seen a crew of young men be so dedicated to the quality, perfection and completion of a job as the Stonewater Roofing crew. I must add how respectful they were not only of my property but if my pets and of me.

      Stonewater Roofing helped me navigate the replacing of our roof. **** was just a text or call away when I had questions. He responded quickly each and every time. The day our install the guys showed up at 6:30 in the morning and worked till the job was completed. Our project manager **** made sure the crew was aware of the Freon line from our A/C. I was concerned about nails in the driveway and yard but the crew went over everything with large magnets. Its not a scary process when Stonewater Roofing is the company you hire.

      Stonewater Roofing assisted me in evaluating storm/hail damage to my residential metal roof and outbuildings. They also guided me in how best to file my insurance claim. My job required a specialty contractor to replace some masonry wall treatment prior to the roof replacement. They communicated well with my insurance adjuster about needed supplements and details of my job. Thus, because of the special work and intermittent bad weather, it required several months for my job to be completed.My salesman ********************************* and const. mgr. *********************, did a good job in coordinating with the insurance adjuster and the masonry contractor. They were always responsive to my calls and communicated well to keep me informed about job scheduling and progress.I intended to repurpose the old roof materials and I requested to salvage the old metal roof panels from my job. My project mgr. ******************* was very helpful to keep the salvaged materials sorted and organized for temporary storage. He also assisted me with other minor things to prep for the roof installation. He was very diligent to address details of the installation with the roofing crew. The crew cleaned up after the job and hauled of all the unwanted debris. All of the Stonewater personnel and roofing crew were very courteous and professional.Overall I am very satisfied with the end product of my new metal roof. I feel it is a better roof than I had before because, of the experience and improved installation techniques used by the Stonewater crew. J/P

      Excellent service from beginning to the end. Process was hassle free. ***** was spot on in service and care. ***** made the process comfortable, answered all questions and texts. ***** made it feel like I was working with family. I would highly recommend Stonewater Roofing and *****.

      We are very pleased with Stonewater Roofing Companys Sales Rep *********************** and ********************* crew. **** took care of getting all of our concerns with regard to insurance coverage and taking care of the process that needed to be completed for our insurance company so they could proceed with our claim. The crew worked extremely hard to take care of replacing our roof during these sudden rain storms that hit our area this week. ******* was great answering our questions and concerns and explaining the process. He was patient as well as his crew with taking the time to go over details and making sure everything was done correctly. We were concerned initially about our landscaping around our home being damage during the process but the crew put up netting that protected our plants/shrubs and windows and there was no damage. The area was completely cleaned up after they finished. We highly recommend Stonewater Roofing. Thank you for a great job, *** and ***** June 2024
