    On November 19th 2021 I requested a cancelation of our contractual agreement to omnitracs. Omnitracs employee Jason pain sent over an early termination of contract request. I had some questions about the structure of the pricing. Jason never responded after weeks of follow up. I followed up with their accounting department. They also ignored me. I followed up with their billing as well. We were notified 6 months later that we had someone pick up our contract and the guy never called us to tell us that he took it over. The next month when we stated we already canceled our co tract we are being told that the remaining balance we haven't paid, due to opting oht of the contract, will go to collections. We try to be civil and talk about it and our account manager gave us a fake supervisor that doesn't work for his company. After speaking to him he stated he was not an omnitracs employee. I called the toll free customer service line and was told a manager would call me back. This didn't happen. The customer stated it is the consumers job to keep up with who is managing our account. We paid over the amount of the early termination fee in order to ensure nothing went to collections. However when talking about a refund we get outright ignored and were told by the business that they put us in their spam folder so contact would be limited. We don't know what else to do.
