      I recently had the pleasure of working with Alberto N******* at Life Storage and I cannot recommend him enough. From the moment I walked in the door, Alberto was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. He took the time to understand my storage needs and provided me with a variety of options to choose from.
      What really stood out to me was Alberto's willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. He was patient with my questions and concerns, and worked tirelessly to find the perfect storage unit for my needs and budget. I felt like he genuinely cared about making sure I had a positive experience with Life Storage.
      Overall, I was blown away by Alberto's exceptional customer service. He is a true asset to the Life Storage team and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of storage services. Thank you, Alberto, for making my experience at Life Storage a truly positive one!

      Very well run storage facility in Cornelius, North Carolina on Bailey Road. Mark, the store manager has helped me and my family with 6 units and he is is very professional and polite. I enjoy doing business with him. He explains things very clearly and keeps the place very clean and organized.

      On 5/26/23 I was assisted by Dawn B at the 521 Young St Tonawanda NY location and was provided 5 star customer service Dawn was very polite and professional she took the time to show me to my unit and had me on my way in about 15 mins. I've been a Life Storage customer off and on since 2016 and every rep has been pleasant to work with.

      I received fast, friendly and excellent service on yesterday at the location on Jefferson highway
      in Baton Rouge, La. The person waiting on us was Brandon Washington. Again, he did an
      excellent job of helping us choose a unit, going over the paperwork and explaining the price and monthly payment. Brandon also walked us
      back to the unit and explained the lock and key process. He also engaged us in great conversation while we were being waited on. We left there feeling like we had just had a
      great experience!

      This place is the worst storage facility I have ever used, I feel that it is because it is in a black neighborhood that the the renters are being treated less than by this company. First, Over 3 - 4 months the rear exit gate has been broken, leaving renter with the only way to exit was back through the entrance causing a lot of frustration, anger, and arguments with other renters trying to enter the facility. The staff at that time you could not find anyone who was supposed to be in charge> Second for the last 2 months both the entrance and the exit gates have been broken, leaving renters no other way of pulling their vehicles in to access their property to move items they needed to move, causing more anger, frustration, arguments between other renters with no one to bring the issue up to there. Third, after having the renters deal with the neglect of the facility they actually had the nerve to increase my rent for storage from $140 just last month to $160 this month. I feel this company is doing nothing but draining this *************** of what little money we have and treating ** as if we are less than, and they can do what ever they want

      I stored my furniture and other household items at the Greenbay facillity for about 6 months. I was tatally diappointed. Not only did I listen to the instrctions not to store any food I was not informed that they had an extreame rodent infestation. I decided to move my things due to mouse poop and I was not satified that no one contacted me about the message I left about the rodent issue. I did purchase the insurance that was offered to me however rodent isurance covers $500 minus a $100 deductable which would leave me $400 to purchase the items I lost . I thought it was safe to leave my belongins because of the high ratings. I removed my items to the trash because they were no longer able to be used due to the strong urine and poop that was on it. I am very disappointed that not only did I lose my items I am currently being charged almost $400 dollars and no one has returned my call for any questiones I have.

      Hello Sirs & Madams,
      Re: Conditions at Store # 572 . Unit FF01
      I went to Store # 572 (Pullman in Costa Mesa) to meet an Offer Up buyer from out of the local area to buy a rare vintage chair I had in storage on May 17th at 12:00. This is the story of what ensued.
      1. The front lobby is locked for both myself and the buyer.
      2. I then drive around to the back--Entering in the back drive lot, the drive is still full of construction mud and has hardly any parking (this has been the case for almost 13 months now and it sucks to have to get a car wash after every trip to the facility. Like cling on grey mud).
      My unit is on the 2nd floor.
      3. NONE of the elevators were working.
      4. After that we went to the stairwell closest to the office, walked up to the 2nd flight landing-- it was locked.
      5. We went back down to the office and the interior doo r to office is also locked. Luckily, Jose (by no fault of his own) heard us.
      6. We all walk back up to the 2nd floor landing and Jose tried every key he had, and found he did not have the key.
      7. We all then walked all the way to the far corner store landing and walk up to that 2nd floor stairwell door.
      8. We had to walk through a puddle of human urine to get there.
      9. THAT door was also locked.
      10. At this point Jose did everything he was enabled to do but that was not enough.
      11. I lost $550 in the sale as my buyer left after this fiasco of unprofessional maintenance of a facility that keeps creeping the monthly dues up after I had initially signed on for around $80 monthly.
      12. For MONTHS the entry point to the units has been a muddy mess and this is not the first time we have walked through human excrement in the stairwell.
      13. The only ray of light was Jose and his efforts to try to work in such bad conditions. I got the sense that he was Very frustrated over the whole thing as well.
      What a huge disappointment.
