      Life Storage on 1625 S Ashland in Chicago IL is such a clean and updated facility. The Manager Tyesha is 100% awesome. She cleans that location spotless and always has a smile on her face. Explained everything in detail and helps you understand. I highly recommend this location.

      This is for Extra Space Storage at **** ****, *************************. We had our RV stored here and numerous times the security gates were not working, so ***** stayed open most of the time. Several times we saw evidence that other RVs had been tampered with and we reported it to management. Recently our RV was broken into, damaged and much of the contents were stolen. It appeared that whoever did it spent some time there. We had a police officer come to do a report. The officer investigating the incident stated he contacted the manager at Extra Space and found they were not much help. We have taken our RV out of here and DO NOT recommend!!

      We had a great service which made us to rent onsite on first visit. Ms. Mara and Ms. Mardi made it pleasurable to deal with them and offered best service with a smile.
      Mara explained all the details and the information need to know. She's such a wonderful employee to deal with. She told us the difference between Life Storage and others. Finally convinced us to rent a storage with pleasure. She's very helpful and kind professional person.

      Just got a 10x20 storage unit in Tampa FL Life Storage location. Friendly staff, good tips, nice supply of everything you need-boxes, bubble wrap, etc. Only met Jesus so far and he seemed great, so far so good!

      Christine at the Antelope,CA location was extremely helpful! The facility is clean and well maintained. They have great hours and the security at this place seams to be great. I can tell Christine enjoys her job, she had answers to all my questions and knew what was going on at this facility. She shows that she cares about the customers too. She called them by their name, that’s important to us. I would highly recommend this place.

      Life Storage in Seffner Florida is the very best. 100% top notch customer service from the onsite Manager Pablo. We were scrambling to find an adequate storage facility to store our possessions in preparation for Hurricane Ian, and Pablo made this process extremely easy and accommodating. He was inundated with customers like ourselves, and maintained his excellent kind and professional attitude with all of us. This facility also is spotless clean. Thank you Pablo and Life Storage in Seffner Florida! 100% Satisfaction! You deserve a 10 Star Rating for exceeding our expectations for your kind professional performance under such pressure with people like us scrambling in preparation for this Hurricane! We have peace of mind knowing that our possessions are safe and sound!

      Dear Better Business Bureau,Are the headquarters of Extra Space storage aware that their properties at *********************************************************************** and ******************************************************* are managed on property by the Preponderance of the Aryan ******** That's dangerous. The ***************** police where we live have had their firearms and ammunition seized and confiscated by the ****** Police and fired one of their officers who are all members of the Preponderance of the Aryan ******* about 2 miles from the ********** property. I have been renting a self storage at ****************************** in ********** for a year and was a victim of a staged car collision in ***************** and everyone at the Extra Space self storage was jubilant after that happened. Now I know why: The Preponderance of the Aryan ******* just saying hello, right? When I was over at the ******** Blvd location they also found my name with the ************************** police. How interesting is that? The *** has told me "It is not illegal for members of the Preponderance of the Aryan ******* to be employed. It is to the discretion of the employer." Isn't that interesting though? You would have never guessed it would you? I have complained several times to the regional manager at Extra Space storage about the on property manager where i rent breaking into my car while I was inside the building and pressuring for *** favors. I knew there was something fishy about this place and no conscience or social conscience about any of it. Sinister extremism ************* with no extra charge. Diametrically opposed to African Americans by definition and anti Semitic. White Supremacists. Yikes. It looks great. Now how do you flush it?
