      Very friendly staff that immediately makes you feel welcome. Escorts you to your storage location. Units are clean and seem to be well maintained. Definitely would recommend.

      We just got our unit, but are very pleased so far. Kim was absolutely fantastic in helping us with all of the necessary paperwork, showing us available spaces, etc. She had to stay late to get everything finalized but she was so kind, friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for better service or a better experience!

      Moved my Mom from a 2000sq ft house to a 900sq ft apartment and she had trouble getting rid of things. Got a storage unit through Life Storage at **** Fruitville Rd, Sarasota. She was amazing. Helped us get the right size. But I didn’t understand it wasn’t climate controlled. Came back later and she easily, happily transferred us over. She even called a supervisor to make sure we weren’t double charged.
      The buildings are safe and secure behind a locked gate. The property is clean.
      I would absolutely recommend using Life Storage at **** Fruitville Rd, Sarasota, FL!

      This facility is a rip off-Every six months my unit goes up 80$. They have people living on the property as well as people working from inside the facility. Are the units zoned as houses and offices? Very unsafe facility. Last time I went there, there was a woman working in the unit across from mine- so when I opened my unit she could see and was looking at everything I have in the unit. Although management states the units do not have electricity and there are no bathroom facilities available to tenants. This creeped me out. The management tells me there is no corporate contact, but they are managed by a corporation. Always something about market value is the reason for raising the rent. When I complain they ask me can I afford to pay if they take some off? My current rate was 205 and it went up to 285. Almost a 50% increase. This is clearly price gauging and I would not recommend this facility to anyone. SCAM ALERT! Stay away!

      Excellent service. Lots of options for storage. Sharonda explained the entire contract and answered all my questions. She personally took me to look at 2 different sizes of units. Just signed up but impressed so far!

      Nicole and Julia were awesome. Courteous and professional. Pricing for a unit is beyond fair. A nice and clean storage facility.

      Jennifer in the office is great to work with, very responsive and knowledgeable to questions. Unit was clean. The slide bar is stiff and probably needs some WD40. I’ve had the unit for 2 days, but so far it has been great!

      Terrible experience here. Low level lazy customer service, discriminatory. rude and money hungry. I was literally treated like c*** They won't print any needed documents/receipts after payment that you ask them and quick to add fees to your account without proper communication first. I sincerely warn you please not to waste your time or money at this location.

      Life Storage is the BEST !!! From the first person I had contact with to every employee they were all helpful, pleasant and friendly. They all took their time and were patient with me. And it is clear this is their norm because other customers came in and you could just see the interactions were pleasant and welcoming. Serena was extra helpful with pricing. They all knew I was stressed and overwhelmed with my move and they did everything they could to help me. And Diaz was amazing and went above and beyond to help me! ***** * moved from Pa.

      Plant City Life Storage was a great experience the lady who assisted us was helpful and informative, attentive to detail helped us figure out what we needed. I highly recommend this storage place.
