      STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE A BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY WITH NO REMORSE, AT ALL!! I rented a unit at this place on Route 9 in ******* Park, **. Contract began March 2023. Paid my bills on time, still do. Spent very little time there since. Maybe two visits after paying men to move my belongings into the ************ contents.Now they have sent my bill for July 2023. They are jacking me up 25%, yes 25%, for no reason at ALL!!! I call this a bait and switch, I call it immoral and disgusting and i am being nice because of the public audience. Their explanation is "because we can, it is in the contract". WOW!! Nice huh!!The employees on the front line are the best, but, *****************************, it is disgraceful that you are allowing this to happen to me and others from what i am hearing!! Shame on you!!I hope that your company gets investigated for fraud. I will be contacting any media outlet/journalist that will be interested in this story of deceit and border line fraud, in my opinion!!Thank You, DR

      My location is 4175 Chippewa (life storage location that’s not listed ) I always go in to pay my bill but it’s always closed and the workers complain always of being over worked and under paid ..maybe this is why they never have their doors open ..wow..and I’m NOT paying online for a extra fee and I should b compensated for my time and gas for driving around to different location JUST TO PAY MY BILL…this isn’t professional and I’m tired of the poor service ..I didn’t sign up for this

      BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY.EXTRA SPACE WILL SIGN YOU UP AT ONE ***** AND THEN 3 MONTHS LATER RAISE THE ***** BY 50%. EXTRA SPACE DOES THIS DELIBERATELY AND CONVENIENTLY LEAVES OUT THAT THESE LEASES ARE MONTH TO MONTH AND THAT THEY CAN RAISE THE *****S AT ANY TIME AT RANDOM. THE LANGUAGE IS SO VAGUE ON THE CONTRACT THAT IT'S EASILY MISSED AND THEY MAKE SURE THEIR STAFF DOES NOT TELL YOU ABOUT THIS.

      This is the cleanest storage facility I’ve ever seen. Floors are immaculate. We needed a large space for an upcoming move and the Manager, Rick, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and organized. Registration was a breeze.

      I would like to say that the Customer Service is awesome. Niki is a great fit for this location. She was so welcoming and has a great personality. She went above and beyond to help with securing a parking space. Niki clearly enjoys the people aspect of her position.
      I am so pleased with the quality of service.

      I have used several storage facilities in several states and Life Storage is one of the best! Customer service was great in locating a unit that fit my needs, the price is very competitive, check-in was fast, and the facility is exceptionally clean!

      Very friendly and professional. The facilities are clean and well lit. The manager was helpful and answered all my questions. The Anthem location is perfect for my needs and minutes from my home. So glad I checked here first. It saved me a lot of time and effort. I would highly recommend this location.
