    This is a sham. The sales rep seemed good, but a week later when we tried to reach him about an installation problem, he was no longer with the company and they couldn't or wouldn't refer me to anyone who could help. An installer came to our house twice and couldn't get our system operational. When we tried to contact him, we got no response. When I complained to the company, I was told the matter was being sent to their Resolution Team. If this department exists, it doesn't answer the phone when I call them. I've tried multiple times and been placed on hold for up to 70 minutes, before the call is disconnected at their end. When we'd gone a full month without an operational alarm system, we called our previous provider and they came out the next day and hooked us back up. The system was operating perfectly in about 20 minutes, and continues to after nearly 8 months. Fluent continues to "operate" by billing us monthly (direct from our bank account, and we can't stop the payments), even though the can't monitor a system that isn't theirs. We did return their equipment (wall control panel and a converter) in an envelope with the mailing label they sent us, but they haven't acknowledged receipt of the equipment and continue to bill us for monitoring it. We're getting stonewalled and we're fed up.

    This company is not montitoring the security alarm have not been for some years I have call them to complain about this, I am contienously put on hold or hung up on I spoke to a person in the resulation department who was very rude and hung up on me. My husband and I am elderly and cannot afford to pay their strong arm tactics that they are doing. This is horrible that they would scam elderly people. please help

    Do not contract with this company, it is a decision that you will come to regret. In September of 2018 a Fluent salesperson came to our door and signed us up for their service. It was toward the end of September, she said we wouldn't be charged for September and we would be comped for the month of October. We were charged for the whole month of September and were charged for the month of October. I had been looking forward to August of 2023 to finally be free of this company. They told me my contract wasn't up until September, I was on a ******************************************************** September the annual cycle would be finished with the payment in August. August of 2023 was my 60th payment to them. The first time I called to cancel, I was hung up on by the representative, it was on my second call that the representative gave me the email address that I would need to send my cancellation notice to with my full name and address that the service was provided for. I did this on August 1, 2023 and as of today, September 12, 2023 I have still not been given a confirmation of my service being canceled. If you get there service, you should know as well that they do not monitor your security system very well. I unhooked there equipment June 19, *********************************************************************************** know that they were no longer receiving a signal from my system. The system has been disconnected from June to the present, I guess I'm just glad nothing happened in the 4 years and 10 months that it was hooked up because it doesn't seem that anyone is monitoring the systems.

    BEWARE of FLUENT!!!! This company is extremely dishonest. They are continuing to bill us several months after 2 requests were submitted to turn off service, which had to be made in writing 30 days prior. Our contract ran out & now they are saying that it automatically renewed because we didn't let them know that we didn't want to renew. We cant get anyone to answer the phone and have been on hold for over an hour several time. Go with ADT! They are reputable.

    I was assisting a disabled senior friend of mine, who is also on very limited income, reach out to your company ( with and by her request) to troubleshoot and resolve a problem with her system. When we called we spoke to several customer service people ************** who politely listened to our needs. They directed us to Zia. In this day of impersonal communication via text/emails, etc., Zia is an amazing/refreshing example of how to treat customers in a much needed "old fashioned" way. Definitely she is a major asset to Fluent! Give this gal some praise! She listened patiently, was focused on our needs, respectful, knowledgeable, helpful in every way, honestly followed up as she said she would. Believe me ...if there was a way I could personally tip her I would.....this is the kind of personal customer service that is missing in this so called "all about marketing" world today. I really feel even as we talked with the other reps your company has got something you must keep....the personal touch. To those out there that do similar jobs please know THAT is what it's all about....treat others as you would like to be treated....pretend you are are the customer ...and employers like you ****************************** them to do so!We forget...you can "ONLY give 2" of the the following in business...price - service- quality!Thanks for giving my friend service and quality!

    This company is dishonest. They are continuing to bill 2 months after a request was submitted to turn off service, which had to be made in writing 30 days prior, and despite the home being sold. Now we have to dispute the charges with the bank. You cant get anyone to answer the phone and they dont return calls. Go with ADT! They are reputable.

    Dont do business with this company! They dont show up when they are scheduled to and you will spend countless hours trying to talk to a service person if you need help with anything regarding the security system. The email they provide is undeliverable too? The customer service is the worst I have encountered and they will never claim responsibility for their actions or inactions.

    Terrible customer service. I tried 4 times to talk to someone, so I stayed on hold for over an hour, then was told "No one is available to take your call" and then they hung up!Just found out they automatically renewed my contract, now I'm stuck with them for 36 more months!
