    I have been having issues for a couple of weeks, had to wait for ******************************************************************************************** the background. I got a fellow named ************ - he was incredibly patient and tenacious as together we eliminated the possibilities and figured out the solutions as they were multiple as it turned out. Super satisfied with how it was handled and even though it took a while; much better than sitting around for half a day to have some tech come out and still be tied up for a long time! Fluent has been absolutely great to work with and **************** Great!

    The sales person used dishonest tactics to secure the account. I was already in the market for a new home alarm system when the sales person approached me. I was standing in my backyard when he came and asked about my home security service. I told him how unhappy I was that the former company had gone out of business and did not contact me; simply selling the account to another company, but I continued to pay for the services. He asked what was I looking for and explained that I wanted new working outdoor cameras. He suggested a new doorbell camera and updating the operator's panel. since technology had changed over the past 5 years. ALL COMPLETELY FREE!!! I asked again and he said that the equipment would be free since I was signing a 60 month agreement. When I signed the agreement the column that listed installation and equipment charges as $0.00. I gave him a cancelled check and he asked me to sign a form that he said was it was a schedule of protection. I was getting medical, fire and police services as well with the use of a panic button. MY MISTAKE! I didn't scan up to the top of the screen to see the list of Pre-installation Equipment that added up to more that $4,000. NONE OF THE EQUIPMENT WAS FREE. I wouldn't have asked for the second camera or updated control panel. When I called the company to complain about how the sales rep. misrepresented himself, I was simply told, "Well you signed it!" A ****** learned BUYER BEWARE! Companies are not interested in customer satisfaction. Just getting you into long term contracts that you have no way out. State Attorney Generals need to outlaw these companies. GET YOUR READING GLASSES. READ THE ENTIRE PAGE ON THE ***** DON'T BE MISLED BY THE SMILING FACE ASKING FOR YOUR SIGNATURE WITHOUT ALLOWING YOU TIME TO READ. MOST OF ALL ASK HOW MANY DAYS YOU HAVE TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT.

    I purchased two Belle medical alert necklaces in February 2023. One for myself and one for my husband. My husband passed away in June. He entered the hospital on March 3, 2023 so he never wore it. I'm being charged for my deceased husband's medical alert necklace every month. I have contacted Fluent to see about returning the unused device but am being told that I am under contract. It doesn't make sense to pay for something that no one is using. I want to return the unused device and have it removed from my account.
