Prestige Financial is facilitating a fraudulent used car sale that is exposing me to toxic smoke and chemicals and causing me serious health issues and sickness. I contacted Prestige Financial and asked them to cancel the funding of the loan immediately, allowing me to return the new vehicle and have my old vehicle returned to me. Prestige Financial has not returned my phone calls. Prestige Financial will be listed as one of the parties involved, causing a customer serious illness and health issues. They should greatly understand the significance of their liability in this criminal act. You have my word I will fight this each and everyday until I get the resolve that I am asking for. It is absolutely unacceptable to facilitate a fraudulent car sale that is resulting in the harm of another human being. Details about the transaction:I recently purchased a used vehicle at a local ****** dealership (****************************, **). I noticed a strong smoke and chemical smell in the vehicle during the test drive. I asked the salesman about the smell and he assured me that it was not smoke and that I was simply smelling cleaning supply chemicals because the vehicle was recently cleaned. I was told that the smell would dissipate in a day or so and I bought the car based on that information. I became VERY sick as I drove the car over the next couple of days. My sinuses started burning, my throat swelled and became inflamed. It was difficult to breath in the vehicle while driving it and it still is. I took the car to a specialty shop that removes odors from cars and they confirmed that it had previously been heavily smoked in. I paid 300 dollars for a steam clean w/detail and the smoke and chemicals are STILL present! The Dealership and Prestige Financial have refused to help me or acknowledge my request for the loan cancellation. They are causing serious health issues for me. In July, 2022, I rescinded an agreement for account number ******* and ********************** *** has not by law complied to the issue. The 20 days required by law to respond and resolve the issue has been ignored. placing them in violation of the **** section *******, UCC and 15 USC on consumer law, yet they are constantly harassing me via text about making payment despite rescinding the agreement which has been left unresolved. The remedy sought is listed therein the Notice To Rescind. This company believes it is above the law and can continue with its fraudulent and predatory lending practices by not disclosing to the consumer what the law requires of any lending agency under the consumer laws set forth by congress and the **** I want the title to the collateral, no damage to my consumer report, a full refund (down payment included) and no further contact from PRESTIGE FINANCIAL SERVICES ***.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: PRESTIGE FINANCIAL SERVICES is fabricating what it claims in their response because they are coving up that they are in violation of the consumer laws, UCC and TILA (CFPB). I have not received any response from PRESTIGE FINANCIAL SERVICES for the rescission despite them claiming that they sent it. To email, text or any form of electronic response is in violation of consumer law. I am opened to any furthered advice, suggestions or guidance from the BBB in light of this matter. thank you.

Company has different representatives calling and misrepresenting themselves, claiming to be insurance agents, Certified technicians, and HR personnel to try and gain personal information like social security #'s, addresses, etc. Company is harassing others looking misrepresenting who they are to try and gain information.Business Response

I think it's ridiculous to be harassed about a car that has been sold I'm sure at this point multiple times and was no where near worth what they are trying to make us responsible for.
