This company is the worst I ever had to deal with. Bought car and they Financing and put me in this upside down loan 5 months after I had the car the engine went out. It was a recall on the engine ******* dealership had the car for 5 months with me still making payments get the car back and year later here it is the same exact thing. The engine went bad again and they expect me to keep paying on car that the engine keeps going out. They will call and text u every day even. If your payments is updated. They will not work with u. They put me in an upside down loan that I will never get out of. I've had the car for 2 years and is no wear near paying the car off. I'm still paying on the Interest and when you call them and ask them why it's not coming off the principle. They'll say you'll see it once the car is halfway paid for. They lie and make up story. Once they seen I wasn't gonna keep paying for car I don't have. They went to the shop and and picked it up bad engine and all and said they gonna sale at the Auction and what they get out of it? They'll put towards my loan and i'm going to be responsible for the rest. Stay away for this company they are the worst. So now I'm stuck in a loan that I still owe like ****** on and no car because they won't give me another car. Stay away from this company they are a Scam they will rip you off make your credit worse than what it is. They pray on people with bad credit who has filed bankruptcy. They don't help you. They put you in a worse shape than what you already are and they don't care at all they want is their money. This company needs a law suit and they need to be shut down. I've never in my life had to deal with a company like this. DO NOT BUY A CAR Threw this company

ZERO STARS! File chapter 7 bankruptcy for free through ****** Bankruptcy Court and never buy from Prestige again. Easy fix. They charge crazy interest rates knowing that people cannot afford the loan and they DO NOT REFINANCE. Try a buy here, pay here car company instead. Also, the good reviews on this site are people paid to say nice things about Prestige. Don't believe the positive reviews.Prestige Financial Services, Inc.

I wouldn't even give them that. I got my car in 2020 right as Covid was hyping up. I worked as an EMT with the city. Between my work partner committing suicide, and the times I had to be off work because I was sick and had to be tested for COVID and have no overtime pay, plus rent on top of that I was behind. I thought this company was doing me a solid by deferring my payments. But they didn't explain the accrued interests, they didn't explain well if we defer the payments xyz will happen. I was under the impression interests would not accrue during a world wide pandemic! That is what started it. 2021 I had to quit my job because of PTSD and the stress it was putting on both my mental and physical health. Got behind again. Couldn't find a job until 2 months later. Got caught up.Had to get a second job because hours were cut.All in all I thought they were helping me. 2 months ago the engine in my car seized and a new engine would cost more than the car is worth. So I called to see pay off rate. ******!!!!!!!!! That is what the loan was for!!! They claimed they waived fees, there was no fees to wave! I kept in contact and explained my situation. They acted kind and caring but obviously failed to mention a lot. I have paid ****** on the vehicle. A thousand more than what that car is worth. I tried to voluntarily surrender it. They kept telling me they were picking it up until 3 days ago when they said it isn't worth it. So I'm stuck and have no where to go but to have this company ruin my life. I am a single mother with no child support, got evicted from my home bc I can't afford to live off my income and now they want to place ***** on me and counting. I can't get a new car home or anything because of this!! They are nice until they totally s**** you over.Prestige Financial Services, Inc.

I don't understand why people complain about Prestige being expensive. Yes, they are, because they finance people with little or bad credit. They were the only one who would finance me. They're customer service is outstanding, they've always helped me if I have a problem. They gave me a second chance to rebuild my credit and I have a car that I love. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you Prestige for helping me, your company and staff are awesome!Prestige Financial Services, Inc.

I purchased a vehicle with Prestige as the financer. Due to a illness, I voluntarily repoed the car. I recently completed the payoff through my County Court in November 2022 and was informed that the payoff was complete. But to my surprise Prestige claims I still owe $155.00, after the fact. I have never been informed of this debt, no bill, call or email stating I owe this extra amount. When I spoke to ****(my holder), I couldn't get a straight answer as to why I owe this amount, other than, 'it's interest". Why wasn't this included in the court garnishment or added on through the court. Prestige has no one for me to speak to besides ****. They clain that their legal **** doesn't accept incoming call. I can't even get the correct attorney who handled the case in *******'m going to fight this to the end. Very sneaky and underhanded tactics by PrestigePrestige Financial Services, Inc.

Prestige took extra payments out for a car note, when I noticed it I had to fight with the to get the money refunded and because of that they have placed two NSF fees on my account, that I am refusing to pay. I have asked and then demanded for them to remove the fraudulent fees off my account, but they refuse. I will send my car back before I pay those fees. I refuse to do business with the thieves ever again. If I go to get another car and the dealer is using Prestige, I will walk out. IF AT ALL POSSIBLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!Prestige Financial Services, Inc.

Reading through these reviews Im shocked cause I have had nothing but a great experience with Prestige Financial so far.Ive only had my auto loan with them since early August this year, and have found their site pretty impressive compared to other lenders sites Ive dealt with in the past. The transparency on the site is great from what your current principal balance is both with interest and even what your current payoff quote would be on the vehicle. I also like that they issue statements monthly so you can see where youre at.Overall my favorite thing about Prestige is their rate reduction program up to 2% off your APR yearly ad long as you sign up for auto pay, paperless billing and some other things. Thank you Prestige for financing my 2019 Mirage which I love.Prestige Financial Services, Inc.
