Was tricked into a loan with prestige. My credit was below par. The well known local dealership drug out the process. By the time I signed the papers it said we would pay a total of 25k. Interest rate was a lot higher than was shown at dealer, and they said in a year we could refinance. A year later I contacted my bank and they told me we was over 4k upside down on our vehicle. We purchased in 2019 and have paid 35k on a 25k loan!!!! They insist we still owe 18k!!!! This company is trash and I wouldnt buy a shoestring through them.!!! Im doing a voluntary repo when in fact they should just give me the title at this point and call it good but from what Ive heard there is more to come with this nightmare of a company!!! Stay away from this side street hustling company!!!!

Do not do business with this company, there are hidden. Accumulated interest fees that are taken out every month. The interest fees vary every month. I have called numerous amount of times to have someone explain to me why. And I can't get a straight answer. My payment is 511 dollars a month. One month 180 will go towards principal. The rest to interest. The next month 228 comes out for principal the rest interest. Then the next month I pay **** down to try and get ahead of my loan and 700 of that goes straight to interest. These payments was on time. So I tell them. And they say interest varies with late fees, and say I should look at our contract, so I look at contract and anything over ten days late Accumulate a 5 percent of your installment. No more than 200 dollars. The math don't add up does it when my installment is less that 500 a month. They are making it impossible for people to pay off their loans. This company wants you to fail. I make great money at my current job and financially they are making it impossible. They still can't explain to me why I am having so much money going to interest every month. Called today to inform of account is no longer my debt due to divorce and have court order to only have my ex husband the sole owner of the debt along with removal from my name was told "we have nothing to do with your divorce as we not apart of it" they have horrible customer service no one gave direct answers, kept being transferred and hung up on to finally get ahold of someone to be told that, unbelievable, unprofessional, and in correct statements to my questions and after her statement will be calling my lawyer to handle them directly!!!Prestige Financial Services, Inc.

Brand new customer and already off to a rocky ****** Only been with them for a few months and missed my first payment, god forbid. Was reached out by a manager who told me to call on my next available break and it will take 2 minutes. I was not available for a phone call, and last time I checked the customer usually gets to decide when and how they reach out, not the other way around. Then was contacted again by another associate via text AFTER already making a payment plan with the manger who reached out to me. They stated Payments are expected on or before due date. This is what you signed up for. Not sure if theyve ever heard of customer service? I know what I signed up for. I think it would be a good idea to follow a script or be trained in further detail on how to respond to customers so their words arent taken the wrong way. I do my best to stick to my very limited budget but when unexpected finances show up and I miss a payment I would hope to be met with more understanding. Please dont even attempt to reach out to me regarding this review, I will not be responding. Disappointed.Prestige Financial Services, Inc.

The worst company I honestly dont know how they are still open high rates high payments and even worst customer service. Got a car from them a few years back a year I tried refinancing to lower the rate and keep in mind my credit was a good 600 something in the 660 plus and they NEVER wanted to work with me. I eventually call them tell them I have to turn the car in you guys wont work with me on lowering the rate to lower payments I cant afford it my payments arent even going towards my car. By the time I tell them this they just come find my car and take it, so at this point im line since you guys took it what happened to I need to pay the remainder amount or, the rep specially told me no you just pay what damages if any. (Then on top of it it was a struggle to even get my belongs from them out of my car took two weeks to get) but the end up selling the car for about ***** (no damages fixed to the car even tho she told me thats why Id be charged ) get a call that all that went to the principal of my car and I still owe about 10k on the car. Let them know I just recently lost my job idk what imma do their response well your interest is going to go back up and your going to have to figure out how to pay. I SWEAR I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS COMPNAY AND STILL TIL THIS DAY WHEN PPL ARE LOOKING FOR CARS AND MENTION THEM I TELL THEM NO YOU WILL REGRET IT THEY ARE THE WORST!! And honestly if you dont like your job you shouldnt be working in customer service its like the employees are robots but if it was their situation or a friend they knew going through the company they would move mountains to help out. Moral of this review dont trust em dont go through them as long as they get their money they dont care about your situation and *** spoke with multiple ppl and still no changes no help sadly.Prestige Financial Services, Inc.

I do not recommend doing business with this company. Ive been trying to negotiate a buy-out with them so that I can pay off my car. No one returns calls. Ive already paid more than what the car is worth. They repossessed my car last year after accepting my payments and charged me over $3,000 to get my car back. Not to mention all the late fee charges they conveniently added. I didnt receive any notice of the repossession. When I asked why, they claimed I signed some form requesting not to be contacted, which is a lie. I asked for a copy of the so called form, then they stated I signed verbally. They sent the items from my car, including license plates, an hour away from my house. The car was sent 3 hours from my house and the location of my personal items. I had to call off work and find a ride to retrieve my car. The car was damaged in the process. Last but not least I have a repossession on my credit although I retrieve the car days later. Im attempting to pay off the car early. They wont negotiate or even call me back. Very unprofessional.Prestige Financial Services, Inc.

4 times I have made my payment arrangements with them and each time they have messed up. Im beyond irrate with the way they charge interest and the mess *** they have continued to do and still today they are doing it. I would not recommend this company to absolutely no one. 807 I pay in my truck payment and 509 is interest. Something thats hidden and not being addressed. They can come get the truck and Ill go else where!!!Prestige Financial Services, Inc.
