This place is literally stocking my family members. I have been in communication with them about my bill. This place showed up to my parents home they have only been there for 2 months. They would not tell me how they found their address and claimed i was not communicating with them. Theyre liars and now I'm trying to just return everything because this is highly uncalled for.

Progressive leasing didn’t ask for proper identification. Someone used my social security number to apply with them and when I tried to apply for myself the application was denied. I have sent in identification letting them know it’s me and they haven’t done anything to remove it from their system. This has went on for 3 weeks , I have called non stopped everyday and no results.

Progressive Leasing, LLC has been the worst experience Ive ever had with a company. I applied and was approved for $2,200 through Best Buy, intending to purchase equipment for my business. However, when I tried to check out online, I kept getting denied. Frustrated, I called their customer service, which was an ordeal in ******* was on hold for over 45 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told I needed to verify my information. I thought, Okay, I can do that. I sent in all my personal information and waited a whole week, only to be denied again. I was utterly confused. The representative had no explanation for the denial and only told me that I was eligible to reapply.Despite my hesitation, I decided to give it another shot. This time, they asked me to verify my information again and fill out a bank verification form to access funds from my account. At this point, I was beyond frustrated. Why do they need more information? I asked the representative multiple times if I would be approved this time, and they assured me I would be. I spent an entire day going to my bank to get that form filled out and promptly sent the requested information back to Progressive Leasing. But guess what? I called them again, and once more, I was denied. This is a BIG RED FLAG for me! Ive heard that rejection is Gods protection, and after reading countless negative reviews, I truly believe it. My biggest concern now is that they have all my personal information and access to my bank account. Im seriously considering taking legal action against this company if I experience any fraudulent activity or a leak of my personal information. This whole situation feels incredibly fishy. I cannot trust a company that requests sensitive information just to deny me afterward. I'm upset, worried, and feeling completely powerless right now. How can they operate like this?

Boost Mobile used Progressive Leasing for my phone. I was told upfront I would only be paying the $8/month for the next three years to pay off a phone. That I wouldn't pay interest. The first amount due to me was $137 and it said I would pay a total of $2k for it. They mislead everything. They don't even have the item listed in the lease agreement. It is terrible business practice.

Ive used progressive leasing before and was "approved" for 2300 for another purchase. I get down to the store, make my deposit and get a waiting on delivery message and cant continue. They need to verify my identity. Get all the documents sent In and it took them TWO months to tell me I was declined because they could not verify who I was after sending my bank statements, license etc over. What a scammy company. I am telling everyone I know not to use them

WARNING: I had no idea who this company was at 9:20 AM this morning, but after a sales *** knocked on my door SIX times and each time hit the door with about five knocks per round while my dogs barked nonstop and woke up my sick parents, I had to find out who they were and why they thought it was okay to harass the neighborhood like this. After doing some digging, I found out this company isnt even registered with the BBB and already has 350 complaints on file. No surprise there the way their door-to-door ***s behave shows a complete lack of respect or common sense.

I have used Progressive Leasing for a few years now and have never had a problem with them until now. I did a lease agreement on March 1st. However, changed my mind and cancelled it the same day. I submitted the cancellation from the store to Progressive. I followed up with them approximately a week and a half later to see the status and was told I needed to give it 7 - 10 business days. I followed up again and was referred to another department and to give it 5 days. I followed up a week and a half later and this time requested to speak with a supervisor, the person said they could help, giving this the benefit of the doubt went through the entire thing again and this time was told that it normally takes 4 weeks for them to process it. Already annoyed I called again on the 4th now a month later and again asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they could help, advised that this has been a month now and I'm still getting the run around. She advised that she is submitting it to the investigations department and they would be able to get to the bottom of this. It is now the 12th and I'm still waiting. Needless to say they have lost my business. I live on Social Security and live from check to check I cannot afford to just leave the initial down payment go down the drain. I am now submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau this is absolutely ridiculous and people shouldn't be treated like this. No one wants to take responsibility or go above and beyond or follow through to make sure the customer is being taken care off and keep a long time customer. Very unfortunate.

I used to be one of the number one customers with **********************. These use to have US based customer service but now it is over seas. That is where the problems started. The customer service was bad and only got worse. They won't let me speak to a supervisor and an agent committed fraud so now I get to have my lawyers get involved. I used Prog leasing at least 10 to 15 times over the course of 10 years or so but I guess with there new business practices customer service and illegal transactions do not matter to them.

I don't recommend using Progressive leasing because they are robbing you. I bought three items from ***** and it was $150. I was charged $63.13 on the day of purchase. I returned an item that wasn't used which was $119. The remaining items are worth $31, which they say I still owe them for. So now I'm paying $94.13 for two items worth $31. I will never use them again.
