      Horrible The Acima Company. They pretend to want resolution but don't. They offer a one time early payment without offering a 2nd chance. They want triple the amount owed for a purchase. Sucking your money dry. Never enter an agreement with this blood **************** Run. Class action lawsuit is definitely in order. I spoke to Supervisors and they won't help but threatened to come and get my purchase if you don't pay. We should all ban together Class Action Suit again is needed to stop this Horrible Acima Company from Hurting others!!!!

      Be careful with this company they have a lot of hidden things that they do not tell you. Every time I make a payment they were charging me $25 additionally to the payment and I made a payment of $500 they charge me $41 why is that and see nothing in the fine print about that total misrepresentation deceptive practice its like theyre being magicians the only thing vanishing is your money.My name is ****** and I was deceived by this company I will never use them again I will make sure everyone knows not to use them again and I dont need no response from A robot telling me to call customer service they just give me the runaround can you answer this why did you charge me $41?

      I don't have an account with them but someone else with my same initials, R ******, got something from them, they didn't check any more information and now I have a bad credit score rating because of them. I tried calling them to explain the situation and couldn't get through at first to talk to someone about this problem that I'm having with them because they didn't recognize my phone number, when I finally got to talk to someone about this they said that I had to leave a message for someone who would get back with me, well after 4 months of waiting and still trying to talk to someone about this problem that I'm having I still haven't received a response or call back. This company in my opinion is Very Bogus and doesn't care about what they are doing to good people who doesn't even have an account with them and it will Destroy Your Credit Report and again I don't even have a account with them and can't get through to them to talk to someone about my situation either

      Worst ever signed a lease with these scammers at conns was told 6 months 8 months later they are still taking money from my account I am hiring attorney to *** these people for taking money out of my account 6 months is 6 months not 8 I would give 0 stars but it wouldn't let me write this review everyone will know not to deal with these scammers

      Acima is some trash. Items were buy one get one for a % Off on top I put a payment in with the original merchant they trying to charge double the cost. SCAMMERS IS CORRECT

      THEY'RE HORRIBLE AND SNEAKY. I KNEW OF THE 90DAYS AND I SET IT UP SO THAT MY PAYMENTS END ON EXACTLY ON THE 90TH DAY. WELL, THEY DIDN'T TAKE IT OUT ON THE 90TH DAY AND WHEN I CALLED THE NEXT DAY, THEY SAID IT WASN'T SET UP THAT IT WAS CANCELED (ALL THESE BS EXCUSES) I ASKED TO SPEAK TO 3 ********* AND NO ONE WOULD HELP. I ENDED UP PAYING AN ADDITIONAL $125 FOR PENALTY AND EXT FEE BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T DO THEIR JOB. I TOLD THEM YOU ARE JUST UOSET THAT YOU COULDN'T MAKE AN ADDITIONAL $2500 OFF OF ME. PPL STAY AWAY FROM ACIMA.

      Spent $536 for new tires. Grand total Acima is charging me is $1,508.93. Wasn't ever told or made aware that if you don't pay off the initial amount in 3 months they extend the "lease" to a 12 month lease with a new total 3x the original amount. Predatory! Deceitful! Scam!! Dishonorable!! Shadiness! All around a morally terrible company. 0 stars would make more sense.
