      Please be aware that this company is a predatory lender. They say they want to help call the 1 800 number blah blah blah but the damage is already done the moment you sign up for there service. Please dont be fooled by the response they give on BBB website. This company is a scam and any contract can be broken by a good attorney and just give them a dollar a month. So they have to report that you are paying on your credit report. Acima there is no talking to me about it. States should be banning your company for the same reason they bann all predatory companies. Cash Advance companies from the ****s Acima is just like them

      Acima!!! I bought 4 tires, the owner stated I could pay off in 2 months with Acima, that I had to call and make arrangements. I called on July 28th 2022, the day I got the tires and stated I would like to do the 3 month plan, the *** stated I had till October 26th. 3 months is 3 months. I told her the business owner told me I had 3 months now here I am a single mom of a disabled daughter getting tires to get her to her appointments. . I will NOT pay ******* dollars for ****** thread tires, how can they make you pay triple for so.ething that is not worth it please investigate any lending company, found out they are also being investigated by Inflating prices with Rent-A-Center !!!!! Sickening

      We tried to make the last payment before the 90 day ended and the website was not working. Tried to email and chat and was not able to get ahold of anyone. Finally reach someone is customer service named ******* and he poorly handled the situation. Was very rude, sounded like he did not want to help. I asked for a supervisor and he hung up the call. I honestly will never use this service.

      Well I called back and spoke to a supervisor and was told they couldnt help me. Having issues with the website to pay and not being able to go in person due to COVID was not valid enough to help me. I do not recommend this service and hope others hear how poorly they handled the situation. They are just thieves with no customer care.

      Frauds!Some how they approved my 16 year old son a $700 line of credit?!! He doesn't even have a driver's license his only ID is a learners permit?! When I called has his guardian to explain this they said they could not discuss the account. Wow!

      I bought two tires from them and paid them off before my 3 months or my 90 days and they say I didn't and I have all receipts and all dates and now they're charging me $500 more

      This company is crooked. They owe me a refund but everytime you speak to a rep they change the date of the expected refund. Furthermore, they won't allow you to speak with a supervisor or the resolution department. I've tried to be patient but I've gotten zero answers in regards to my money. Why should I have to wait 30+days for a refund when they took my money from my checking account? The customer service is horrendous!!!!

      Ive bought 5 items at different times using this company and each time I paid off within the 90 days except my last 2 purchases where I was diagnosed with breast cancer and could not afford to make the 90 day timeframe this time around. One of the products was a refrigerator and was defective which I ask them to return it and they would not take the merchandise back within the first **************************************************** late fees. To protect my credit I tried making the payments still. This month the first time ever I was one day late and they called giving me an ultimatum that I either pay now or return the item. I told the lady Ive never had a late payment and Ive done businesses with them several times if they are really going to harass me for a payment thats one day late and not look at my overall payment record. Now they are threatening me with lots of harassing calls and rude representatives that has absolutely no manners in speaking to people. This company is I agree a TOTAL rip-off and scam. Now after missing the 90 day payoff timeframe the total amount owed has tripled. So now I would be at a loss even after paying for the item already they still want to collect 3 times the amount instead of working out a deal.

      I purchased furniture and signed up for ******************************************************************************************************* Acima and it should have ended in December 2021. I called and asked for supervisory and no one returned my call. Stay away from them. RIP OFF and scam.

      Company did not honor verbal agreement and instead honored 12-month lease which was defaulted per new agreement. Currently charging me for 12 months when I agreed to 3 months. Will be paying double the price of not only the couch but the loan. Do not recommend
