    I loved the costumer service I received while using this product for the first time! Made it a lot easier on my part which I appreciated so much! Im also super pleased at how easy the install was, definitely would recommend this service

    I really like Cove Security! Great customer service and easy setup and installation. There have been a few disconnect notices but nothing out of what I would consider to be ordinary, and the system reconnects within seconds. I feel piece of mind knowing its armed. Weve had police show up two times after a sensor was tripped. What a good feeling to know were being protected!

    Cove has been a amazing. Couldnt believe how easy it was to set up. Even more amazing is their customer support. When I call I get a reall person on the line, not just a recording and they are knowledgeable and really helpful. I wanted a real security system, not just parts of one like the bigger brands offered. They seem to really care. I would recommend them to anyone.

    We have had our alarm for almost 3 years now at has been great. We did have one issue about a year ago where we couldnt disarm the system with the app, after working with tech support trying a few things to try and fix it they sent us out a new control panel witch fixed the problem and we have continued to be happy with our system.

    I am luckily still in my money back guarantee window thankfully but apparently the ******* connection is faulty and the company does not know when the issue will be fixed. My panel disconnects 3x per day at the exact same time every day. I have to reset it in order to get it to work. Does not make me feel safe or secure. Im basically paying to self monitor my home at this point because Im never going to get any support from cove. If there was an option to just keep the cameras and not have to pay for monitoring, I would but since its nearly $30 per month to do that Ill just switch to a new company.

    I recently signed up for Cove a few months ago. Within 2 months of having the service the alarm panel stopped being responsive and went blank for a few days. I contacted cove and was assisted through the reset process. I was told I would be compensated or given a free month of service due to the inconvenience. If Im not mistaken I was given a free month of service for a month I already paid for. I eventually came to the conclusion I am not in a financially stable position to afford the services anymore so I contacted Cove in hopes that I can send the equipment back and wont have to pay anymore. The representative stated to me I cannot send the equipment back. I am now stuck paying for the service that I can barely afford.

    Purchased system in July, 2021. Easy install and so far monitoring service has been right on top of things when I have accidentally either pushed a wrong button on my remote or set off my smoke detector while burning food.The only problem I have encountered is an outdoor camera (directly outside the window from my WiFi Router) has constant issues in losing the WiFi signal and shutting itself down.

    I had the worst customer service provided to me ever. Do not purchase this home security. If you have any issues with their system no matter what they wont even look into they will blame you. I sat on the phone talked to three different people and no one actually tried to give me a solution. *****, who Im not sure if thats his real name, presented himself as the manager and literally told me a bold face lie. Sent me their policy to acknowledge he lied to me. He never even checked my system. Unless you want a company that you want to assume will never have issues with dont use this one. The reps even refused to give me a email to voice my concern until I was on the phone over a hour. I had high hopes for this company and I am severely disappointed with their customer service team.
