      Beware of signing anything. A door to door salesman came to my house, on his second visit he had plans for how many panels my home would need, a story of how installation would be completely free with govt incentives, and then he rushed me to sign a document. He told me it was to see if I qualified for govt incentives. I noticed a loan was part of this document and asked if this was committing me to solar panels at this point and he said NO. I asked if this would run a credit check and he said, yes. Next a person came to evaluate my roof, then another signature was required from my energy co. All of this moved quickly without my consent, other than that signature from the second salesman's visit. All I wanted was honest info about solar panels and what it would cost me. I asked them to cancel everything, and now I have a $3,600 bill. It is my own fault for signing that doc, but I feel I was misled and had no idea the potential costs to what was proceeding out of my sight, control, and understanding.

      The process from start to finish has been amazing! They delivered on all promises and we were installed within 2 months. I highly recommend glyde for all future projects

      Everything was going great up until the installation. They came out and began the installation on my home on July 1st. Since then, they've had the electrical inspector out five times and still haven't passed. It's now been 2 1/2 months and my first loan payment is due. They promised me I wouldn't have to pay anything until the power was turned on, but as far as I know we're still weeks away from that happening. I've expressed my concerns but can't get in touch with anyone on the management team, and no one is doing anything to help. Weeks would pass without hearing a thing. Then suddenly they'd send out another inspector, even though no one had come around to make any changes. Their whole company seems deeply disorganized and incapable of keeping this project on schedule. Now I have to make a payment on a solar array that's sitting on my house doing nothing. Go with a different company that is more on top of things and willing to help.

      Install was great I have Metal roof and it is labor intensive to installation. The problem is lack of information from the company. Had constantly call to see when I could turn on system. When I final got ok, the **** thing doesnt work. Now I am calling again to see what is going on. I wish that I had never installed solar .
