      Extremely aggressive door knocking. Multiple visits in one day. Aggressively knock on your door while reading your no solicitation sign out loud and laugh about it. Then multiple door rings. They stand on your doorstep and speak unprofessionally about their company and bosses. Then if you do answer, they claim they are work xcel when in reality, they are another sleazy solar company. Absolutely infuriating.

      If I could give them a zero I would. This company is an absolute joke and hires incompetent people. I own a small electrical company in ** and was asked to help out on a bunch of their projects they were behind on. We completed all the jobs and havent been paid in months. **** the owner is full of c*** and so are the rest of the sales team. We were sold solar for our house thats doesnt even cover the monthly electric bill. I was told by **** their main sales guy I would never receive an electric bill again and thats completely false. If you are looking for solar definitely look elsewhere.

      Really not a fan of Glyde's high-pressure techniques. Currently being threatened with a $1000 cancelation fee after I was rushed through a contract. Stay away.

      In the very beginning I was concerned as I had read several reviews about the panels not being operational before the payments began and had it placed in the contract that they would cover payments until power production began. Despite constant back and forth with the contractor they hired to install the panels, they were not operational for several months while we paid both the loan and the payments. I contacted our representative with Glyde Solar and he kept promising he would pass forward to someone who could help and no one ever did. I'm just grateful we were in a position to actually afford both payments. They also promised us that we would get a rebate that we could put towards our loan to keep payments lower. They are wrong, you get a tax credit so the payments will go up on the panels despite us putting our full tax return towards it.I don't necessarily blame the company for all of it (we should have fully researched rather than taking their word for it) but I do expect more honesty and integrity from the companies I work with. It began as such a positive partnership, but by the end I am fully disappointed in the promises and contracts broken.

      Worked with *** at Glyde Solar. *** walked me through the process and everything went as expected. Thanks to *** and all the folks at Glyde Solar. I am hooked up and generating power now.!

      I have had so many issues with this company. Mostly from lack of communication. My system was delayed being installed, but they did reimburse me 2 payments for the 3 month delay. Then I had hail damage and needed the roof replaced. Was told it would invalidate my warranty if the roofing company removed and replaced the panels, so I had Glyde do it. ******* was completed in October ************************************************************** mid January! I am paying for a full electric bill and the solar panels for more than two months now. When I try to contact my project manager I get excuse after excuse if I hear anything back at all.The sales person was a bit misleading to begin with regarding the cost of the panels. There is still a substantial amount I pay every month to the electric company even though the pitch was that it would "replace" my current bill.

      The process was almost perfectly seamless, instillation was easy and done in one day, and the sales reps were great. They were really friendly and helpful throughout the whole process! Our rep came to check on the instillation after it was fully complete!

      Professional Company. Handles sign up to install to activation the way you'd like to see done. Company is considerate of the fact they are doing a construction project on your roof. The in home representatives do a great job explaining the process and timeline for the projects.

      Their price is competitive. The reps communicate through the whole process. Their rep are super informative. I also love all the different things they offer as a company as compared to just solar. Making your house more energy efficient with their upgrades.
