    I ordered from this company on a black friday sale. I waited a week, then a month. I attempted to contact via email twice over the course of weeks. I still haven't had a response. My money is gone. I have no product and no shipment notification.

    I purchased a gift for my husband in Nov 2023, I spent over 200 dollars and 40 in shipping alone. I did not get any correspondence back and sent multiple emails to support to figure out where my order was. Still have not heard back and am out over 200 dollars.

    Hello. I read that the Better Business Bureau only handles issues within the past 12 months. I have several issues that have occurred currently within the past few months with a company that I made a re-order for product with nearly 3 years ago. Although my pre-order is old my issues are recent.

    The recent part of this issue is that the item I purchased as a pre-order 3 years ago has now been completed, was in stock on their website and sent out to people purchasing it from the seller directly as well as on secondary retail sites such as ******************. I included an attached image showing that it is currently in stock.

    I have attempted to contact premium DNA toys to ask them about my order and I have had zero response. I have emailed their customer support multiple times and have never received a response. I have messaged them on their social media accounts and still have not received a response. I cannot get a response.

    My second recent issue is that I have tried to login to my account on their website to check the status of my order and their site keeps telling me that my account and the email address associated with it does not exist. I have included attached images that also prove that I had an account on their site along with the original invoice of my purchase proving that it exists.

    I’ve seen other people online claiming that this company has a bad reputation, and at this point my faith in receiving a response from them or the product I paid for or a refund is 0%

    I am hoping that the Better Business Bureau can help me receive a refund from this company as well as putting them on the radar of the BBB for suspicious activities.

    On November 15, 2020 I placed order ****** for two Madballs action figures exclusive to Megalopolis. Per their terms at the time, I should not have been charged because the items were pre-orders and not in stock. It is now nearly two years later and the order has still not been fulfilled. I had forgotten all about it and then made the discovery when I was moving and updating my shipping address.

    Per the terms of the merchant, pre-orders should not have been charged until the items were in stock. I didn't see it then, but today I discovered that my credit card was charged the full amount of $80.42 when the order was placed.

    The company does not seem to exist. Emails to [email protected] go unanswered and the company's retail location is marked as permanently closed. The website megalopolis.toys is no longer valid as well.

    Megalopolis appears to be the same company or is affiliated with Premium DNA Toys, who make the items I had ordered.

    A screenshot of my order receipt is attached.

    All I want is a refund for my $80.42.
