*** has failed to resolve several billing issues which we have opened 5 tickets for which have been closed before resolution We are being charged for services that we do not owe due to an agreement with our insurance, additionally they are charging us for a medical visit that happened PRIOR to when the patient was diagnosed or admitted for care at the hospital The tickets are closed before I am able to respond and they never resolve the issue.

If I could leave a negative star instead of a one I would...primary children's did not do prior authorizations before my daughter had her testing done and get the *** from my insurance I wouldn't leave such a horrendous negative review...their billing **** is the worst ever and I thought ******* family mobile was bad...they sent bills that had not been submitted to my insurance, the amounts were all different and every time you talked to a CSR they didn't know what was going on or told you the opposite from the last conversation...no one there speaks English to make matters worse...I paid the bills that were over $4000 and they sent me a refund check for $66.02(yea, thanks for the tank of gas, NOT!) now they are sending a bill for physician fees when I already paid the bill that that one should have been on...this is the worst billing **** EVER...and she had the audacity to ask if I wanted to take the survey at the end of the call...she would not answer when I called them out and said it was their fault, not mine and not the insurance...

I'm leaving. I loved SCL, and never had a problem, but since ** took over, the portal is useless to those of us in ******. And, since that's effectively the conduit to care, what's the point. I thought it was growing pains, but it's been years, so I'm done. I hate that I have to start over with a new doctor and system, but IH just doesn't seem interested in making their portal work. It makes me question their competence with anything.

My baby girl is two weeks old today, still in the ***** and has been apart from me most of that time. The only thing familiar to her after birth is me. Im so glad shes doing well, but she doesnt need to be there. She never needed oxygen or a warmer and has passed every test. They put in a feeding tube even though she latched and nursed great the first day. Later, they said shed need a bottle but never mentioned that when I chose tube over bottle to support nursing. Everything in the **** has made feeding harder. She gets sleepy, likely from being overfed, and doesnt follow their rigid schedule. My full-term babies fed the same way, but she never got the chance to nurse on demand. She was sent to the **** purely due to hospital protocol. I knew shed be okay and told doctors beforehand that many 34/35-weekers dont need **** care. I specifically requested immediate skin-to-skin if she was stable to help with vitals and feeding. They assured me it would happen, but no effort was made. She was crying, stable, and it was completely doable. Instead, I didnt see her for hoursuntil I finally insisted they take me to ****** usually easygoing with hospital staff, but when it comes to my baby, I know whats best. My concerns have been met with protocol and gestational age. No accountability for mistakes. We were told we could give her first bath, but a nurse did it without us.Its heartbreaking to know what my baby needsto be by my side, nursing on demandyet have no say. Pumping isnt increasing my supply, and I barely make two of her feedings. I was hospitalized a week after birth and still couldnt have her with me. Shes not receiving life-saving care, just being treated like a statistic. Parents should have rights. I dont trust strangers whove lost my trust caring for my baby all day. This experience has been traumatic for both of us. Ive always had good experiences at ***, but the **** has been deeply disappointing.

Service is consistently terrible. Billing is always a nightmare because Intermountain healthcare leases office space to other physicians that may not be within network. Ive had multiple occasions where the Intermountain office says its in network for my insurance but the physician I see at their instacare facility is NOT in network with no option to choose one that is. This has lead to long-term disputes over billing. Their leasing model feels incredibly disingenuous for customers and overcomplicates an already complicated medical billing system, making it nearly impossible for customers to understand what theyre being charged for.

To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to express my concerns regarding my daughter's ******************************* procedure performed by Dr. ******* ****** on June 13, 2024.Prior to the surgery, we were assured that additional assistance would be provided due to my daughter's autism and high levels of ******************. However, on the day of the surgery, this assistance was not provided, leading to a distressing experience for my daughter and our family. We were not informed of the necessary steps or who would be assisting us, and when we inquired about helping our daughter relax, we were told that it was no longer an option due to time constraints. This lack of communication and support caused unnecessary emotional distress for my daughter, who struggled to cope with the situation.I understand that the staff was well-intentioned, but I believe they should have handled the situation differently. I should have been given the opportunity to advocate for my daughter and ensure that she was calm and prepared for the surgery.I am deeply concerned that this incident may have long-term effects on my daughter's trust in the medical system. I request a clear explanation of why this situation was handled inadequately, who is responsible, and what measures will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.Thank you for your attention to this important issue.Regards,******

Legacy Anesthesia send threatening text messages about open account balances BEFORE accounts are due. they are clearly more interested in money than patient care. We paid an invoice immediately upon receipt by check in regular mail and received threatening text message 45 days BEFORE account due!! Unbelievably unprofessional.

I have not had an issue with the professional staff but the billing department is a disaster. They assume that all bills are accurate and refuse to admit mistakes even with the insurance company representative calls them directly. They are only trained to accept money and with any other issues they are uninterested, uninformed, rude, impatient and say things that are simply not true. I have had them hang up on me when I have simply repeated to them the same things I had been told by the insurance ****
