      This is the worst company and customer service I have ever experiences. We have called 7 times since November to resolve a bill and it is still not resolved. Everytime it is a different answer and no one seems to know what is even going on. We actually just called and someone picked up and did not say a word for 5 minutes! I am at my wits end.... We paid our bill in November and we actually over paid, so they gave us a refund in February. Then a month later they send an appeal to insurance saying they need to charge us AGAIN and now we owe another $1,000? How is that even possible and no one can even tell me what it is for! Multiple people said it was for a pre-authorization that did not go through but the pre-authorization did go through 2 weeks before the surgery.... Lies everyone here lies!

      The staff at the clinic is awful. We went with a simple question about billing and the receptionist *** accused me and my wife of trying to avoid paying. Then they delayed our attention and made us wait for 40 min (which had never happened before). When I asked to talk with their supervisor she told me she was not there just to contradict herself and tell me that she was there but would give me a call later. Still waiting for that call. Seems that I am not the only one with these kind of complaints, here are some other complaints.

      All three pregnancies I had here, all three were terrible. However this recent pregnancy here was the worse. Two weeks before I had my baby my doctor as well as I called the hospital to tell them when I come in to be induced I needed to be induced. Because my last baby was 9lbs 2oz and we were extremely lucky, nothing bad happened to him! They shrugged me off and said other patients had more importance than me. When I finally went in after my doctor hounding them and getting extremely angry with them about it. I along with my baby almost died, they had to use a vacuum, he also got his arm stuck which resulted in a broken arm. He weighed at 10lbs 2oz & was 21inches long.Once he was out a group of nurses surrounded my baby & began laughing at the way he moved his broken arm, and cried. I wanted to scream, yet had no energy. I felt lightheaded, & gasping for air.After that doctors nor nurses (except for one nurse) would talk with us to where my in laws and husband had to hound them down to help our baby. None of them helped. When nurses needed to ***** our baby's heel. One nurse grabbed hard onto his foot, while another nurse grabbed his sides and held tightly. He screamed while they laughed. My voice wasn't heard or was possibly ignored when I shouted at them that his arm was broken. I hated the way my family and I were treated here. We did file a complaint, yet as of today we haven't heard anything from them. Our baby is almost 11 months old now. I changed my medical plan, so I don't have to go to ***************** ever again.

      They doubled charged us for a payment and WILL NOT give back the money they took.We paid a bill about 5 months ago. They accidentally charged our card twice instead of once. So they charged us an extra 1700 dollars! We noticed the mistake in a week. We've called them so many times. We've had our insurance contact them. No matter what we do they keep saying, "okay, I see the double charge. You'll get a refund in 30 days". Then we never hear anything and they never send us anything. In what world can you accidentally charge someone $1700 and not immediately refund them? We don't know what to do since everytime I call them, we go through a big bureaucracy and then they tell us the same thing.

      VERY BAD experience at St. Marys, owned by IHC. My mother is a patient (terminal cancer) and we watched her scream and writhe in pain for 4+ hours with no relief. No doctors responded for 5 hours. We requested to speak with floor doc multiple times, GI docs,Oncology, ********* care, Case manager, floor manager, patient advocates, etc. with no response from any of them. The nurses were very patient and aided us as much as they were able but could not help without dr. ****** in this situation.

      I feel compelled to share my recent experience with this physical therapy center to warn others about their deceptive practices. Despite confirming with the front desk staff, ******, on MULTIPLE occasions that they accepted my insurance, I was shocked to discover after my appointment that I was not covered under their network.This was not a simple misunderstanding; I made it clear from the beginning that insurance acceptance was a critical factor in my decision-making process. She even took my insurance card from me in person and ran it, days before my appointment, again confirming they took my insurance. ******'s repeated assurances were nothing short of false advertising. When confronted, she callously denied ever confirming my insurance coverage, leaving me to deal with very high, unexpected out-of-network charges.It is clear that this center engages in deceitful tactics to lure in patients. I refuse to stand by silently while others fall victim to their unethical practices. Avoid this establishment at all costs and seek care elsewhere. Let this serve as a cautionary tale to anyone considering their services.

      I was directed by Select Health, to use the Intermountain ************ app for an urgent care appointment for my daughter. I signed in and created an appointment. I was notified on the app that she was the next patient and that my visit would begin shortly. After waiting for over 35 minutes, I called Select Health from another phone line to inform them what was happening and asked for another referral to a different online urgent care company. I was told by the woman at Select Health that I would have to go through Intermountain ************ and that she would connect me directly. I asked if she could talk with them on my behalf, and she told me no, because she said they are a totally separate company. While I was on the phone with the employee at Intermountain ************, I was logged out from the app on the other phone. I immediately informed the person I was speaking with. He apologized and after another 15 minutes told me that the best, he could do was create another appointment with a new doctor. I waited on hold for this new appointment for over 25 minutes.I would definitely NOT recommend nor use them again.

      Husband went to the emergency room. By ambulance in horrible back pain. They sent him home treated him like he was looking for drugs. Told him nothing just discharged him. I finally got him to go to the hospital again, only this time the hospital actually cared about him and did the necessary testing. He has a broken back. Not just a broken back but bone fragments are pentrating his spine.. WOW you guys suck!!

      It doesn't seem like IHC has any Dr's anymore, every time I've gone to any of the locations over the past 4 years I've been seen by nurse practitioners. No one in the organization appears to care about patients.

      Doctors are good. But they could give two s**** about what they charge people for treatments my daughter , 14, has an on going treatment for a rare disease. She gets infusions once a month. After insurance Im left with $40,000 out of pocket I asked to set up a payment plan. They hooked it up really good. ****** a month for 59 months with a solid 4.4% interest rate! So awesome, right? If you have to call, do it on your day off, because you will be on hold most the day with a recording asking you to enter a call back number and will be contacted by the next business day! Great customer service. Oh and they will ask you to pay your ********* bill on the call twice. DO NOT DARKEN THEIR DOORS! Unless you are willing to pay through the nose for healthcare. They will probably force me to declare bankruptcy at this point ha, non profit my ass! Explain an interest rate for payment plans then.
