In January I had a routine mammogramat LDS Hospital. The radiologist said that I needed a follow-up mammogram. I went to IMC and had the follow-up mammogram. Costs were never discussed or disclosed. They did one imagining and then did another type to confirm that there was nothing wrong with me. The first **** I received was for over $1,200. After speaking with them they said I could have a one time discount which brought it to just under $900. Now I have received another **** for $172.24, which I paid because I was told by the customer service agent that there was zero recourse.I am very disappointed that the expense was not disclosed to me and I felt that I had to make sure that I didn't have breast cancer. Turns out they did not see anything on the imaging, so the initial scan was misread. This puts customers in a no win situation.I will not be recommendingIHC to others, but unfortunately it is what is in the network for my family.

Received a **** for $171 for service in March 2022. Doctor coded the billing wrong. Said it was a sick visit instead of a wellness visit which is free. Have been trying to get this corrected since March with no success. Billing ***** threatened to send **** to collections. Talked to them and they can't fix without doctors note. Was told a supervisor would call me and they haven't This is the worst healthcare I have ever dealt with. They never fix issues and never return calls.
