    Subject: Request for Deletion of Collection Account Pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally request the removal of the collection account associated with account number ******* and ******* from my credit report. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (****), all information reported to the credit bureaus must be accurate, verifiable, and compliant with federal regulations.Upon reviewing my credit report, I noticed that your company has reported a debt under my name. However, I do not recall ever entering into an agreement with ************************************************ nor do I have a contractual obligation with your company. Under the ****, I have the right to request validation of this debt, including a signed agreement that establishes my liability.I am formally requesting that you provide the following documentation:1.     I am writing to formally reject the debt referenced in your communication because:
    I am not liable for the debt associated with Blink Fitness.
    I do not have a signed contract with Aldous and Associates.
    You have not provided me with the original contract as requested, with a wet ink signature.
    The name on the account is incorrect. Please provide the correct name that should be on the account as part of your verification process.
    As per the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Section 809(b) (15 U.S.C. 1692g), I request that you provide proper verification of the debt, including a signed contract or cease all collection efforts. I have not been provided with adequate proof of this debt's validity.
    Additionally, as per the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the burden of proof lies with the debt collector and credit reporting agency to ensure that all information reported to credit bureaus is accurate. If you are unable to provide proof that this debt is valid, including documentation such as the original signed contract, you are required to remove this account from my credit report.
    Furthermore, I request that you provide the last payment date or date of last activity for this debt. This information is necessary for me to verify the status of the debt and assess whether it is within the legal time frame for collection, as required under the ***** Section 623(a)(1)(A) (15 U.S.C. 1681s-2(a)(1)(A)).

    Thank you for your message. In response to your request for clarification, I have not directly reached out to the original creditor regarding the alleged debt. Instead, I'm requesting debt validation claim from Aldous & Associates, according to (15 USC 1692 G) to send a full detail list of payment history, originally wet ink signature, I am also requesting to also see if there has been any insurance claims found on the debt including chain of title as well as a purchase agreement. Since they are the collection agency involved. I am waiting for their response, which I hope will provide clarification on the status of the debt.
    I would appreciate the BBB continuing to assist in resolving this matter through Aldous & Associates to ensure proper debt verification, in accordance with my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
