    I explained to them that I had canceled the gym membership they were trying to collect a debt for. They basically said they "couldn't find the information" and I would have to pay despite the fact that services were canceled. They threatened me and have continued to seek payment for a debt I do not owe. I don't understand how anyone could work at a predatory job like this and not know that it makes them a bad person.

    They accused me of not paying for a gym membership I had canceled and did not owe. My calls to Aldous and Associates were put on hold forever, then they hung up on me, even as I attempted to provide them with documentation that the account had been properly closed.

    This is a sh*t business, they hung up on me when i asked when they were charging my account, employees are very rude, and they refused to acknowledge that I have gone into my gym to pay my balance and are now making me double pay. They also refused to allow me to cancel my membership and have the ******** to ask if I will ever use them again

    These people are the worst. They are harassing me for a gym membership I canceled after a surgery that left me not able to workout for 6 months. I have documentation of the cancel I keep telling them. And they wont give me an e mail to send it to. They just say they will e mail me never do and continue to harass me everyday at 8 am

    S**** this company! I singed up for a free trial VASA fitness membership, and didnt so much as set foot in the gym, yet they are STILL charging me for the membership! I called them and they refuse to give any further details about it, I will not be paying until I get proof they are a legit company and have actual debt on me. I noticed my email that I used for my account for the gym no longer works, likely meaning they deleted my account. It is ridiculous that this is legal!

    Harassing business! Former ****** fitness member. I canceled my membership and moved but was told Id have to come in. They told me I could just cancel over the phone so I did. Next thing I knew Im getting charged every single day several times a day for the annual fee! I wasn't a member for more than a month. Anyway they sent my account to collections with this horrible company and they have been calling EVERYDAY multiple times a day from so many numbers with so many different area codes! I just said to h*** with it and began to pay the account just to keep it from showing up on my credit report. If Im paying it why are they constantly harassing me about it? Its very annoying all times of the day is ridiculous! I wont ever return to crunch fitness or any other gym!

    I am writing to formally complain about the mishandling of my account, which has significantly impacted my credit score. I submitted and signed my Gold's Gym cancellation letter of my membership on April 24 2024, but it was not processed in a timely manner. The Aldous staff is rude, awful and none educated, does not observe business ethics and simply shouts "You must pay! " without any explanation and hang up the phone, I am at 7th months pregnant, they put me in a terrible situation and I want to resolve this issue immediately. Considering that ***** *** did not provide this letter to the bank and collectors (Aldous), I myself sent it by mail to Aldos and they received it, I made sure of receipt and confirmed on Monday 10/28/2024, and on Friday 11/01/2024 I saw my new record and I was shocked.They did not take this letter into account as a result, a debt was recorded on my credit report, which has adversely affected my credit score, causing a drop of 31 points.This decline in my credit score has created serious complications for me, particularly as I was in the process of purchasing a new home. I believe it is unfair that my credit has been negatively affected due to a delay in processing my cancellation request.I request that you promptly correct this error by removing the debt from my credit record and providing written confirmation once this has been done. I expect your immediate attention to this matter, as it is crucial for my financial well-being.

    I spoke with Supervisor **** ******. He was very rude and in a rush to finish the call. I spoke with other agents from this law firm. They are disorganized and unprofessional. Honestly, I would give them 0 stars if I could. No wonder they have such bas reviews here.

    This business is sketchy as can be. They sent a threatening letter about a small debt I didnt know I had. I paid it immediately. They have continued to call and harass me, even though I have sent them copies of the receipt that they gave me when I paid. Be aware! They are unscrupulous liars and will attempt to defraud you if you arent careful.
