    8 June 2025 Ordered a free backpack and a couple of add-on items for $80.83, then 21 June 2025 was charged a $98.00 subscription fee, which was flagged as fraud by my bank. Called the company for a refund and was told they couldn't cancel and refund the full amount. They said they could refund two items but not the last one, but to do so they wanted me to go on a recorded line to accept the refunds and agree not take any further actions.

    I ordered a backpack from this site and now they are trying to withdraw more money after my purchase price was taken out and never got my backpack

    This company is using a hook and bait enrollment scam as told by other BBB complaints. Never received the item I requested, instead have been charged $98 a month for the past 5 months! I never gave permission or received any kind of confirmation regarding this fake subscription. Would like a full refund of past charges.

    Debit card fraud 10-20-2024.My bank fraud Dept caught the fraudulent transaction and blocked it.It was in the amount of $98.00. This company needs to fined and put out of business.

    I too fell for this scam. I in July 2024 I ordered this $14.95 bag. As of 10/8/24 I have not received it. I too was hit $98 charge with I disputed with my credit card and it was reversed. I’d like a credit .

    As with all the other complaints against this company, I ordered a tactical bag on special where you were only to pay shipping and handling as a promotion, for $17.90, which I never received. Unbeknownst to me, they had started charging me $98.00/mo. for some unknown service and I did not realize it for a while, while paying my bills, until I paid off a credit card and some $98.00 charge showed up when I knew I had not used the card. I found out they had been charging me for months. The site is obviously a scam and I fell for it, like an idiot. At first, I got no emails from them, but now I'm getting the bogus email that says you can cancel before they charge you again and I keep cancelling, but they keep charging me. I cannot get any response from their support. I have also run trace routes on their servers, since they also go by the name "survival ops" and they are bouncing their sites through 10's of other sites (over 20), just to hide and keep people from taking down their sites.

    I'm calling Citibank and will try to call the bogus Survival Ops company again, but I'm looking for a refund on all charges. I'll forgive the $17.90 for the tactical bag I never received as a lesson to not fall for scams. My "stupid fee". But I would really like to get back the money for all the bogus charges. I have paid Citibank so it would not hurt my credit and my job, but I'm getting nowhere with this scam. I GREATLY appreciate any help you can provide.

    On March 16th 2024, I ordered the Stealth Go Bag and paid the required shipping charge of $14.95. The actual charge to my account turned out to be $20.89. On March 23, 2024 I received notice of a pending $98.00 charge for a different bag. I contacted my bank and advised them not to honor any charge from these folks as I believe this is a scam. I contacted their customer service department and was told that the bag I ordered was to ship in 3 to 6 weeks. I was advised that because this was a special promo that refunds were not granted. On May 1st I contacted customer service to inquire why I had not received my bag. I was told that due to high orders shipping was delayed another 3 weeks. On May 18th I was given a confirmation number and told I would receive a tracking number when the bag was shipped. To date, July 18th, I have not received the bag, have been given the same high order excuse and the gave me the same confirmation number. These people are thieves to be perfectly blunt and I'm considering contacting the States Attorney's office in Utah and filing a formal complaint.

    Checked the balance of an account I seldom use, which is funded through payroll deduction. The balance was very low and started inquiring about it, i definitely do not know what all these charges are for and did not agree to any automatic withdrawals.
