As I was looking through my bank account I noticed a monthly charge of 98.00 from my account since October of 2022. I didn't even know what this was for. I started to investigate and I found out it was this company. I reached out numerous times via email and phone and repeatedly was told someone would call me back. They claim it was a promotional for a backpack for 14.95 and a subscription of $98/monthly. So I argued that I never signed up AND I never received any backpack, which in my eye this so called contract was null and void. I never received any services or product. They offer to return I believe they said 2 months then offered 5 months. This is unacceptable. I NEVER ordered anything and never received anything. Its been 2 weeks and no call back. They also sent me the policy for some link that didn't even work. I sent them a screenshot of the invalid link as well. see below:

This is what my request is; I respectfully request a full refund from October 2022-Present. TOTAL $1190.95
Thats the $98/month for subscription plus the $14.95 for I don't know what.

I paid for this on 6-17 23 and I keep getting the run around. Now they tell me that it shipped 4-5 weeks ago and there is no tracking. They say they use either fedex or usps, both of which use tracking numbers. I believe this to be a scam. Now I just want my money back. Their customer service is horribleInitial Complaint

This company never delivered product in 4-8 business days as promised. After a month, I contacted their customer service departure who's accent was very heavy and difficult to understand with a dog barking in the background.
She said I was number 1 customers and they would try to get me the item in 4-6 more weeks.
Also, I received a notification I was going to be charged a $98 member fee that I never signed up for.Initial Complaint

This company keep trying to charge $98.00 to my debit card. They shouldn't have access to my debit card at all. And every month charge 98.00 i've called them but they won't do anything about it. This is a fraudulent business that needs to be closed down.Initial Complaint

This was the email I sent, as they have tried to take $98 from my card. This promotion is fraudulent. In an email that you sent me, you claim I was a subscriber based on something I previously bought. That I could get a free bag as supplies last and 382 was left, all I had to do was pay $14.95 for shipping and handling. Nowhere in this email does it say $98, $110, or $112 will be taken from me. This is a scam. You have 48 hours to refund my $14.95 or I will report this company to the Better Business Bureau. Also the claim I have a $110 credit, so if this was true, why are they try to hit my card for $98? Please help. I’m asking for my refund of the shipping and handling charge of $14.95 that they said I only had to pay because the bag was free. I never agreed to anything else. I’ve attached receipts of my $14.95 payment then on 11/21/22 them saying they will charge me $98, I never agreed to.Initial Complaint

Around October 1, 2022 I placed an online order with this company. As of November 28th 2022 I have had zero correspondence. I was able to track down a customer service number and spoke to someone who was of no help and refused to offer a refund, tracking information or to speak with a supervisor or owner. Found a charge on my account I did not make. Only $2.99 but when I looked for this company many, many others are getting charges from $60.00 to $89.00 repeatedly every month. My claim isn't that much, but who knows what's next month. Just investigate and possibly put a stop to them. I called the company myself and ended screaming and saying naughty words because she wouldn't even tell me what the company was. Please help.
