      I had a 1964 Bulova Spaceview given to me by my godfather and that had not hummed for 20 years. I was told That you could convert this to a battery run quartz watch and now glad I didn't do that. I tried contacting several companies that I saw online and the only one to answer my call was Times Ticking. Their representative was very know.edgeble about my watch and explained the procedure of sending the watch in and getting an estimate for repair.The watch looks fantastic and my godfather would be proud. On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give this company a 10! I'm getting ready to ship them my gold graduation watch for repair.

      Times Ticking recently repaired my Brighton watch. Their customer service was outstanding. I was contacted when the watch was received and together we reviewed needed repairs. I was quoted a price for their service. I gave the authorization to complete the necessary repairs. After I received my watch, I was contacted again to make sure I received it and that I was satisfied with the said repairs. I would highly recommend their service.

      I recently sent a **************************** Colebrook Wall Clock to Times Ticking for repair. The notified me when they received it and after a few days they called me to tell me what needed to be done and the cost to do it. They had to fix it with more modern parts as the age of the clock (approximately 50 years old) meant that original parts were no longer available. Within a few weeks the work was done and they notified me that it was being returned. It came quickly, was safely packaged, and was immediately placed in its home space on my living room wall. About a week later they called to make sure that I was satisfied with the service. I was and would recommend them to anyone.

      I sent my 18k gold Spaceview Accutron to Times Ticking because it was irregularly gaining time. Regrettably their estimate for repairing the watch was higher by several multiples than the considerable amount I was prepared to pay. Therefore I asked for the watch to be returned to me and I was glad to pay the postage and insurance. The watch arrived back safely. In phone conversations with Times Ticking, I found them to be courteous and informative. I have no complaints on that score. I have given them a middling rating, as this seems to me to be the best way to summarize my experience.

      I took my Luminox 3000/3900 watch to my local watch repair shop for a new battery. The watch would not work with the new battery.. I was told this would be very hard to analyze and expensive to fix. With a search online, I found Times Ticking. I sent them a report of the problem and they followed up very quickly with a call and assured me that they could fix the watch. They would evaluate and quote a repair price...and return the watch at no charge if we could not agree on a price. Their repair price was about half the replacement cost...if a comparable watch could be found, so I approved their plan. They completely rebuilt the watch and returned it to me. It runs perfectly and I'm very happy with the work they did and their excellent communication and follow up.I plan to send them a Tissot that my father used for evaluation and repair...

      I sent TT an old Longines Grand Prize that had belonged to my late father in law to be cleaned and repaired so that I can give it to my stepson who is his namesake. The watch was returned this week and I can't describe how happy I am with the work that was done. The watch looks new and works perfectly. Thank you so much for the great work.
