      Over the past two years I have sent TIMES TICKING (2) two watches that have been in my family for years.. One was a pocket watch that is over 100 years old the other a newer wristwatch.Both of these watches were in a timely manner and the service I received was excellent the repair ws beyond expectation ( the pocket watch was in bad shape) the watches have been overhauled and returned in mint condition.I have nothing but GREAT THINGS to say about TIMES TICKING and have two more watches that I will be sending them in the near future.

      I've owned a shop in ******************* for over 30yrs. but don't have the technological equipment to service LED watch modules.       I sent in my Accutron in December of 2021. I paid in full in October of 2022. They said the watch should be shipped by first week of November 2022. Many calls to them and many promises given. But they have my ******* and I still have no watch. Promises but no action. They won't tell me what the issue is. Is small claims court in our future?

      Times Ticking helped clean and repair my ******* watch even they had never seen such a watch before. Looking up what they could find out about the watch explained all their findings of my rare piece. Watch was finished and back earlier than expected.

      sent this priceless pocket watch to be repaired, they assured me they could repair it **** dollars and 9 months later after several phone calls that weren't answered half the time my grand dads watch was sent back so irritating and unfair watch still doesn't work runs for 30 seconds and Quits running so im filling a legal letter of intent **** dollars and 8 months for NOTHING I'm seeking a total refund Legally

      My Bulova Accutron, has been there for over a year for repairs. I was patient because I realize it is hard to find parts. However, Times Ticking does not use Email to communicate so there is no record of what was said or updates! They do have a separate site to document repairs but it reads like a RunOnSentance. I spoke to Will several times over the past year, he was very nice. Recently, he said the watch is ready but they have to test it(?) That was two weeks ago. Now I feel I am giving the run around, and I am out patients.
